Dear Customer Service,I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the abysmal level of service I received during my recent visit to your station. The experience was so poor that it has left me fuming with frustration and regret for ever choosing your establishment.To begin with, your staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. I felt ignored and neglected as they chatted amongst themselves, seemingly indifferent to the presence of customers. When I finally managed to get their attention, their responses were curt and unhelpful. It was as if I was inconveniencing them by being there.Additionally, the bag I purchased from your station turned out to be of subpar quality. Within days of using it, the seams started unraveling, and the zipper got stuck. I was appalled by the shoddy craftsmanship and the fact that I wasted my hard-earned money on such a substandard product.Furthermore, when I attempted to return the bag and request a refund, I was met with resistance and a complete lack of empathy. Your customer service representative was dismissive and uncooperative, refusing to take responsibility for the faulty product. Instead, they insisted that it was my fault for mishandling the bag, despite my assurances that I had used it with utmost care.In addition to the poor customer service and defective bag, I was left flabbergasted when I realized that my bag had gone missing after leaving your station. I suspect that it was either misplaced by your staff or stolen, adding insult to injury.I have never experienced such an unprofessional and negligent level of service in any other establishment. Your lack of concern for your customers' satisfaction is appalling and has tarnished your brand's reputation in my eyes.I demand immediate action to address these issues. I expect a full refund for the defective bag and an apology for the distress caused by your staff's negligence. Furthermore, I implore you to reevaluate your customer service protocols and train your staff in providing a more welcoming and helpful environment for customers.Unless I receive a satisfactory resolution to this matter, I will have no choice but to share my harrowing experience on social media platforms and consumer review websites, warning others to steer clear of your station.I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your services and prevent further disgruntled customers.Sincerely,An Extremely Displeased Customer

My experience at that place was horrible. The website offers an excellent service but in fact is not true. When you come along the street there are some people asking for money because they say the street is a parking lot and they are the owners. Then inside the staff do not give the right information and just say, when the bus will be here, we are going to announcement. The departures are delayed most of the time. Some persons need make a transfer in other cities, they lost the bus, and you don't care about it. The terminal station is in rebuilding and really, it's so hard to take the bus or walking around. The restrooms are dirty and smell urine l strongly. Many persons everyday use the buses please you need to take care of the services and the buses right away. Some drivers are polite and respectful, but others one is impatient specially to Hispanic persons that do not understand the English language, they yelled them and do not show empathy to them, and it's a discrimination actions. Many people trust in your company, and your do not give them a good service. It's scary be there. I hope someone could fix the issues.

Horrible company and worse way to travel. My bus was over 2 hrs late and caused me to miss a very important meeting. When I tried to get my money refunded l, I was advised that’s not an option and to use a voucher they’d supply. I will NEVER use that voucher, but they made it clear all they wanted was my money. Cared nothing about Customer Service, the inconvenience, or making it right.Not to mention, the amount of homeless people that hang out in the terminal and the drug deals that happen right outside the building.

A little background… I had a stressful trip out to the East Coast so that I could figure out better care for a recurring pain, while visiting family for the holidays.I was using this Bus station to board a Greyhound overnight bus to Raleigh, NC. The driver when I arrived late because I was not familiar with the boarding process and station was not pleasant. I stood with my bags after presenting my ticket to him and he told me that I had to load them myself. I was puzzled wondering if that was customary for them because the whole bottom was already loaded and I wasn’t sure where underneath to add my suitcase. I told him that I needed help because I was not able to lift heavier things and didn’t want to go into a full explanation of my personal issues.He was rude and didn’t want to assist me. I was so upset about him disregarding the fact that I am a woman and just being a gentleman he could’ve avoided making the whole bus wait longer by just helping me load my one carry-on sized suitcase under his bus. So, I loaded it myself.The bus itself had the heat turned up so much that everyone was complaining during the beginning of the ride. The bus broke down not long after leaving the station, but on a highway. We waited a while in the scorching bus where everyone was pleading to be allowed to step out and we were all asking for an update or information as to when the back up bus was coming. It was late and I’m sure everyone was tired. We waited at least an hour for a new bus to come. The bus driver did allow some people off the bus for a bit and ended up turning the heat down after enough people complaining.He was super rude and showed no care. Fortunately, the next bus staff was okay and I explained the interaction about my bags as the new driver who came automatically started helping me and others load their things under the new bus and he told me that was their job because I wasn’t sure what their normal procedure was since the other driver treated me with such disrespect.

AWFUL experience. Overall, 5 hours late to my destination. They refuse to give me a refund. The bus was an hour late. Then the doors below the bus didn’t work, and we had to sit at the station for an hour and a half. And then we sat for another half hour because they couldn’t find the driver. During this time, they kept us all locked in the bus with the doors closed. One lady started freaking out, saying we were being held there hostage. We were supposed to leave at 4:35 and didn’t leave until a little after 7:30. Then, our bus driver skipped a stop. We had to double back which added another half hour to our trip. I was supposed to be at my destination by 7:30, but I wasn’t there until midnight.

DO NOT BUY A TICKET THROUGH GREYHOUND! I bought a ticket to my hometown and a ticket from my hometown to go home and the bus didn’t show. I waited 2 hours passed the departure time for the bus to come as their customer service suggested since that is how long until they can process a refund. THEY DID NOT SEND A BUS. It seems like they didn’t plan to send a bus. WHY ARE THEY NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY FOR A SERVICE THEY DIDNT GIVE? Is this not theft?

I had to use this company because of my employer. I will NEVER come here again or use this company for transportation AT ALL. The building looks new. But the restaurant employees only want to eat the food themselves and service there friends that work in the building. The area was very dirty when I was there.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT AREA. The lady with the lighter brown hair left for an hour in a half. Didn't service the people before she left or after she returned. She didn't clean up her mess either. She got in her car and left. She left her mess for the nightshift lady to clean up and she was irritated. This place is VERY unorganized.

From reading review after review, greyhound is still the worst way to transport! We got in from our flight to Atlanta Airport around 130 AM; waited for our greyhound to "pick us up at 525 AM. No but at original time. Waited another hour and a half, no bus but apparently it arrived? How can a bus arrive when there are 5 passengers that were waiting for it to arrive and it never arrived. We called them and their computers said it arrived at 6 am. We waited in the spot that the tickets told us to wait. No but came and they want to continue to tell us that it arrived. They don't want to refund us our money back. An agent told us when we got on the line with them that the driver just wanted to "skip that stop". The foreigners on the phone just wanted to keep on going along like we're blind and continue to say the bus was there. This is the worst transportation service we have. Found out that they don't have a CEO. They are still looking for someone.

It seems to be a culture with Greyhound. The people behind the counter are nasty and angry all the time. They get irritated when asked a simple question regarding the bus schedule. The bus drivers will act a straight fool sometimes. In fact in Columbia SC the other week the driver was getting smart with people boarding the bus an a lady was about to beat him down for talking down to her. I would give this operation a double zero if I could. They are simply horrible.

Its disgusting nasty ppl trying to sell u all kinds of stuff. Staff is off putting. No one wants to help you but yet they charge you a arm and a leg to get back on the bus you came from. The bathrooms are poorly cared for. And the eating area is never open to get any food. This place should be redone or whatever you guys do to fix places . I'll never take the bus again as long as I live. This has got to be the worst experience ever.i try to be patient but it doesn't help. The staff is terrible.

Tried to get information on where the pickup location is. Could not get the people on the phone to understand what I meant and the phone was disconnected twice. You need US call centers in the US to handle the calls as this is located here and you need the information and maps of the locations showing this information online. The person I am picking up is young and has never travelled before and suffers anxiety. I can only imagine what happens with others that have no support.

If you value your time & respect, I warn you DO NOT GO HERE!! Atlanta bus station is by far the worst. It's 1:22am presently. I went to purchase a hot dog & drink. The girl who took my order should never be allowed to work with civil persons. Attitude was NASTY!! She literally threw my food in the bag. The hotdog wasn't even on the bun. When I merely asked her to correct it, needless to say she refused & attempted to become argumentative. Unfortunately for her, I don't entertain ignorance. At that point, I asked her for her name. Her response, "I don't have a name". I then went to the Greyhound "customer service" to ask for her name. The lady there was completely clueless. Her response was "I didn't even know anyone was there". If you're interested in entertaining anal stupidity from obvious GED recipients, go to greyhound Atlanta!

PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO IT!!! do not book a goddamn thing at this place! stink, musty, dusty, crusty, demonic all the things bad reside at this hell hole. literally waited over 3 hours for my departure with NO warning! no heads up nothing. and don't let me get started on that stank a** attitude staff! they are HORRIBLE AND NOBODY KNEW S*** ABT S***** Terrible idea to book with Greyhound. you better off walking honey
