I recently called Atlanta Audio & Automation to have them clean up my wifi, simplify a few devices that were not needed and take a look at my McIntosh system. Franklin was the tech that came to my house. This guy was great. Courteous. Good with my dogs. Could hold a conversation. New his stuff. And he didn’t waste time. Use AA&A and ask for Franklin.

Don't waste your time with these people, unprofessional and arrogant. I called Phillip (owner) for Control 4 work at my house, and explained over the phone what I needed done. He said he would need to visit in person. When he came, he was disinterested and kept looking at his watch. He promised a quote that day, which never happened. Tried unsuccessfully to reach him 2 more times in the following days. I was able to make contact 6 days later, and he promised to write up the quote and send to me later that day. That never happened. A day later, I received an email saying "The work that you are looking to do is below what we can send a crew out to do". Unbelievable! He should have known that before he even came out, and should have communicated that there was a minimum cost to do the work. Lack of experience. Clearly he just didn't feel like doing any work. For peace of mind, I would just stay away.

Phillip and his team are the best. I have a high end integrated system that I purchased from another vendor in Atlanta. I was having issues and was referred to Atlanta Audio. After a brief consultation, it appeared all I would need is a new, upgraded Control 4. The technicians not only installed the Control 4, but fixed a number of errors the previous installer made. They were great at explaining the issues and gave continuous feedback during the process. Definitely my go to going forward.

We shopped local vendors for the right match to install a small home theatre and hang several TVs in our new-construction home. The whole process from sales to two visits (one during construction, one a few days before install) to the actual three-day install was great. Every member of the team from owner to supervisor to the install team was polite, friendly, responsive and good at what they do. These folks are the real deal! They may not be the cheapest option out there (and they're not) - but you get what you pay for, and if I am getting perfect-looking complex installs, a great home theatre, and - most of all - competent service that can help me after the fact, I'm happy to pay for it. Phillip and his team will be my first call for any future projects for this or any other home in the future, and I definitely chose the right team.

We had a terrific experience with this company from initial sales call to installation. The installation process was handled by two very professional experts who knew the equipment and the install challenges very well. Joshua and Branden explained everything perfectly, and of course, the sound system and TV is amazing!

Atlanta Audio installed our TV and Sonos system 6 years ago. I needed a few adjustments and Josh came out from service. He was pleasant and efficient. I am fully back in business now. Very happy.

Had to purchase new air cushions for my b&o H2 headphones. It was pleasant to deal with Cheryl and the order and transaction went through quickly. It is really nice to deal with such professionals who know what they are doing.

**Response to Cheryl A** Also, it appears that your company only has a history of disputing negative reviews below by many other people other than me and always skirting responsibility...Being a responsible business owner means trying to make it right with your customers/clients instead of always trying to level blame on their shoulders while AAA says they have always done everything right...This is very typical of a business that deserves poor reviews. Just for some insight as well to the level of "Non-Quality and Nightmarish" work that AAA does. Please the pictures attached of the main Control 4 housing tower that AAA installed and look how disgusting, dirty and dusty the tower is to this day! You would think that if you paid a company $30K to install a full home automation system that they would at least have the professionalism to clean up and turn over the system in a very professional and clean manner instead of leaving it like these pictures show, correct? Well they didn't so if anything speaks a words it should be these pictures! Being a Yelp Elite reviewer I ONLY give poor or negative reviews when they are warranted...as you can see from my profile I have given many 4 and 5 star reviews but when I do give a 1 star review it is for a reason especially considering I am a fellow business owner of over 16 years and understand the negative implications these can cause. If you are looking for a Ethical, Quality Driven and Responsible Home Automation company RUN AWAY from THIS ONE and DO NOT LOOK BACK! I know this review sounds harsh but it is as truthful as can be. In 2020 while doing a major renovation of our penthouse condo, we decided to retain AAA to design, wire and install our Control 4 Home Automation system complete with RGBY Lighting, Control 4 Lighting and Switches and Lutron Shades...A Project that was well over $30,000 without even finishing ALL of the shades. Not that they have received ALL of their money they refuse to assist us in helping us achieve a fully functioning system. Recently some of the programming went "wonky" which is part of the issue they caused with the driver's they installed and the owner literally told me to reach out to the guy who sold us the system who no longer works for AAA, how crazy is that. When I called to confront him about this ludicrous statement he told me to "shut up"! Being a business owner for nearly 2 decades I truly understand customer service and ethical conduct as a business owner and Phillip Ampel the owner of AAA is probably one of the most unprofessional, dishonest individuals I have come across. I will update this review accordingly in the future with also pictures of how they left the Control4 cabinet install etc. once I get them uploaded. I will also update it accordingly to give insight as to how things are going with AAA in terms of getting our system operating as we were promised it would at contract completion. Stay Tunes, I am assuming we are going to have to go the route of litigation!

My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the knowledge, response and professionalism of Phillip and his team. They showed up when they said they would. They finished in the time frame frame we agreed upon. And lastly, it was installed correctly and it worked. Finally, I really am not one to post reviews, it just isn’t what I do, but I gladly did for Phillip as that is how pleased I am with his company....

Atlanta Audio and Automation has been our go to source of advice and home automation products for many years and they are always up to date with the best solutions. In our most recent project, Rob Whitlock recommended and oversaw installation and integration of televisions, music, alarm and smart home features in our new townhouse. Rob was great to work with, knowledgeable and accessible. I plan to continue to work with Atlanta Audio in the future and would highly recommend them to others.
