The shuttle runs 24 hours. The staff is friendly. They have a lounge for elite members. It is very convenient to get to the airport from this hotel.

First the room was a nice size and loved there wasn’t carpet in the room. The Shuttle driver Victor was pleasant. When I first arrived to the property I stood in the lobby waiting to be called up for about 6 mins until someone acknowledged me. I was in the Elite line. The lady (didn’t get her name) who was at the elite desk, finally told me the other lady would help me on the general check in. So now I’m getting ready to get in the other line. My toddler was running around so the lady who told me to go in the other line decided to help me. I do have Gold status so i was Eligible to stand in that line. She did accommodate me for a double room although i booked King. However, I was never thanked for being a Bonvoy member and the check in was not pleasant or personal. It was quick got me key and that was it. When we finally got to our room my kids bought it to my attention the remote was not working. Some buttons worked some didn’t. I called down to the front desk several times as no one answered. I sent a chat and got a response over a hour later asking me do I want a replacement remote sent up. At this time my children were finally asleep so it didn’t matter. We had to be up for an early flight so I decline the service. The guy said he would issue a $10 credit to my account that I didnt get a chance to use. I am beyond disappointed in the service as I am very familiar with Marriott check in process and what is expected from the employees.

Atlanta airport parking at its best! I highly recommend going to the Atlanta airport Marriott to park your car if you are flying out at ATL. I had to fly to Miami for business. Researched parking options. Found this parking at Mariott! The man in valet was so kind. Abode or Aboud - not sure how to spell his name. But I was very frazzled it was 9:00 a.m. and I drove from Marietta. I needed to get to the airport and this was my first time to use the Marriott Atlanta parking. Abode was so sweet and kind and patient. The parking is very easy you drive up to the valet and they check your receipt and then they let you drive through to park your car in any one of the hundreds of spots (but lots avail) and lock your door and take your keys - that's it. Then when I came back I show the receipt I walk back up there and get my car and leave. Great service! The shuttle was there when I walked back up to catch a ride to ATL airport so went well. No waiting. Very convenient! On way back you catch the shuttle from airport to pick up your car. Great!

2024: UPDATEI stayed here based on my stay here 6 years ago. Nice hotel and the staff was great. Pillows are kind of lacking any "fluff" and flattened throughout the night. Why the 2 stars? I had a housekeeper knock on my door at 8am and asked when I would check out?!? I had got in really late at 1am and why on earth would you do that? She walked to every room and knocked on the door!! She woke me up. Not cool, Marriott. Why don't you assume that your guests will leave at checkout and plan accordingly??? Maybe start cleaning the rooms as people check out? I don't know. Not happy.2018:This is a nice hotel and very close to the airport. Not many food delivery options. Hotel is modern and up to date with the times. They have fake wood floors that give it a nice home feel. Staff was friendly. Concierge lounge was very good as well.

Horrible hotel and staff... Stayed one night tried to get into my room the next morning and my key doesn't work and they are saying it's not my room... I paid over 250 dollars to stay in this hotel just to walk back and forth to the desk to my room since my wife was still in there I could get in... Go to the Hilton probably a way better stay.... Plus every drink at the bar was over ten dollars.... A very pricey hotel for not being a resort hotel...

Expensive but worth it, great restaurant, good bar, great location, and safe parking. Staff if friendly and professional, will return.

I stayed here this past weekend as I was in Atlanta for my nephew’s homegoing services. My room exceeded my expectations. I traveled alone and felt safe. The food was pricey but good. Staff were helpful when/where needed. The only complaint I have is the price of parking. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your services and hospitality ??

Thin walls: if you don't like to sleep, and you like to hear when someone in the surrounding rooms uses the toilet, walks or squeaks their bed- then this is the place for you. Oh, and the OTHER Marriott (Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway) is the one AT the airport. You take a shuttle to get to this one.
