ATL Roadside saw my car pulled over on the side of the highway in 95 degree temp and stopped to offer to help, a lifesaver as I'd already been waiting for a HERO truck and Id scheduled a tow that would have taken at least another hour plus. The guys were friendly and professional. Thank ATL Roadside Services!

James was amazing! He had a much needed, professional and quick response time! Price was agreed upon at time of scheduling the tow service. Does not take credit cards, but cash and cash sending services accepted (cash app, Zelle, etc). All around a great experience despite the car trouble.

The WORST service I have ever received. Called at 6pm to get my car towed to a dealership an hour from the current location. James said he did me a “favor” by grabbing my keys from the current location, which was actually in place the deposit. I was told 24 miles was $225 with a “discount”. He then said I would get updates by text with pictures when my car was getting picked up and towed. I waited 2 hours before I called him to get an update and he said my car wasn’t a priority so the tow was going to take longer. HOURS GO BY. I keep calling and it’s the same thing that he should grab it soon. It’s 11:47pm when my car gets picked up, and even though I gave him the location, he texted me at 12:36am ALMOST 1AM asking for the drop-off address. Obviously I’m asleep like most people so at 5am the NEXT DAY I am able to give him the address. My car doesn’t get to the destination until 9am. Then he still tries to tell me it’s $225. Like you’re insane. He literally says he won’t release my car until I pay because this is a “waste of his time”. I would NEVER recommend this place and anyone who says they’re good and reliable is lying to you. Do NOT work with these psychopaths. I am livid.
Update: He said there were pictures and updates, but I had to call multiple times to get them and it took nearly 8 hours and OVERNIGHT to get my car towed. He was extremely rude and was trying to ask me personal questions like “why are you taking it to a closed dealer” “why are you busting my chops right now” just unprofessional all together. Then he says the car was delivered to greg who didn’t show up until 9am, when I instructed them to park the car and put the keys in the drop-box provided. So the fact that it wasn’t “received” until he got there was a lie. They simply didn’t show up until 9am because they didn’t want to do the job asked of them. They also state it was hand delivered. EVERY tow i’ve dealt with has used a drop-box or given the keys to someone, saying it’s “hand-delivered” is not a thing. Then when I said I would dispute any charges he made, he TEXTED my number saying after saying “thanks for the google review” on the phone. In the text he says “i have all the proof I need thank you tho” as if I did something wrong? Like sir, YOU took over 8 hours to get a job done for a car that was one hour from the destination. I had to block his number. James is the most unprofessional, un-qualified, and arrogant person. He says he “witnessed” it himself, but he’s the person responding to the reviews. It’s so untrustworthy.

My boyfriend hit a curb and bent his rim. I called 3 different tow trucks, none answered . We called ATL Roadside, he literally pulled up in 1 minute. Yes, 1 minute. He’s forever my go to for all my future towing needs ! Not to mention he’s professional & efficient!! Thank youuuuuuuu
