I purchased a pair shoes was the wrong size went back same day less than 1 hour to exchange for larger size and was treated horribly. I have never in my life seen a store with poor customer service I don’t know if the young lady was having a bad day but she would not exchange my child’s shoes said they have been worn cause she tried them on her feet. I’m like how else was she too know if they was to fit this lady’s attitude was very nasty I’m like I just walked out your door u can see the time on the receipt still refuse to take shoes back will not shop here again

Too ghetto. Need at least one person with real interpersonal skills! It's like black on black crime, but without the violence.

Tried to return items that were not worn and was given a store credit that only works for that location and not online or other locations. Very disappointed in the customer service and I do not recommend anyone spend money here because if something is wrong they will not allow you your money back

Probably the first and last time I will shop at this store. Very difficult to shop under the support of black employees because our ppl really dont know how to render consistently stellar, personable service. Going here today for the men's retro 11 cherry release showed how much improvement they need in customer service instead of focusing on money. When they sent the text out this morning they didnt disclose that you would have to spend $40 pretax just to have the opportunity to purchase the shoes. Theyre already priced at $225 plus tax so I shouldnt have to make an additional purchase. Then the text said my size was there, but when I got to the register it wasnt there. I was one of the first 5 ppl in so no way the size was ever present. The guy at the register said they rarely get that size, so thats false communication as I had to wait over an hour just to get inside since they didnt even open at 10 as they should have. Before that, as the line was forming all the way to the street, ppl that wanted to weasel their way in ahead of everyone else started to gather on the opposite side of the line. There was no employee regulating what was going on and no one came outside to connect with us or support the process in any way until it was time to go in. The experience begins at the door. Once I was in I saw someone that was in the group that skipped the line. Very disrespectful to ppl like myself who had to wait for so long and ppl that had to go to work and were waiting in their work uniforms. No excuse for why she even made it in. Only one employee asked me if I needed assistance as I was shopping around even though there were several present. I couldn't tell the leadership from the regular staff, which is never a good thing. But I can tell it's black owned because the vibe is very backyard bbq. Ive worked for adidas, nike and now one of the biggest banks in america. No upstanding business makes ppl buy something to buy something. Can't assume everyone in the line knows how the game is played at this location. The products there I can buy elsewhere so outside of a retro release that I desire, which is rare, there is no reason to come here again.

I my 10 and 7 year old boys are sneakerheads. We discovered The Athlete's Foot while vacationing in Savanah, GA. Beautiful store and workers. They didn't have our sizes. So on our way back to the airport we googled this location and Holy hell! It is scary if you're not used to certain ways. The security guard must have been outside when we got there becausewe didn't see him, but when the door opened and he came in wearing all black (not typical security guard uniform) holding some type of automatic rifle, my poor 8 year daughter hid in the clothes as she thought he was going to shoot all of us and rob the place! She is completely traumatized, we all are! (We were in TX when the Uvalde shooting happened so lots of talk about shootings). Please just be aware this location is sketch if you aren't used to this type of thing. Keep your eye open and pay attention.

I contacted the West End location and spoke with Melissa as a disgruntled customer from a different franchise store. Nothing to do with her store but I had general questions and I know she was helping customers and trying to close her store at the same time, yet she was so patient and so giving of her time. She did offer me a few solutions which is more than I can say for the other three locations that I went to personally. I only spoke with her on the phone and she was amazing. Athletes feet is operating somewhat deceptively but Melissa was the only bright spot in my experience with this company the past three days. Thank you Melissa!!

Only Place I Kop My Jays from ya diggg. I also get my socks, and my snapbacks from here they got a variety of stuff. I like the customer service and music at this particular store. Nothing like the right song to help you get in the zone, and find the right shoes. They also got mad crazy deals on da fits. Plus the prices are always more than fair if you ask me. I remember I was tryna buy some Jays one time, but they had the street blocked off. I'm looking like dang I'm not gone get my shoes, but come to find out Lil baby and Gucci mane was recording a music video IT WAS LIT YA DIGG

The store manger Melissa needs to lose her job. She very unprofessional, rude and have the most nastiest attitude that i have ever seen. I see that she only caters to some of the customers with a high profile status. I seen her be rude to one of her employees because she was on the register. Overall she is not a good person to work with. They be holding Jordan’s and getting paid a little extra for holding them for someone. My cousin who works there she told me that how she be talking about her employee to other employees. That’s not professional at all that’s very messy and that can cause drama at work. Overall athlete foot need to reconsider who they make a store manager honestly

I hate the fact that he make you spend $50 for men or $40 for kids just to get a raffle ticket. The clothes are ugly and fake. Black business owners always want the community to support their business, but they are always trying to get over. You should not have to spend $50 on clothes just to get a raffle. He’s being very manipulative and taking advantage of the customers for personal gain. He does this every release date.
