Samsung needs to use someone else. Sitting here waiting on my item to arrive only to find out they do not have the item and can not tell me when it will arrive. Wasted my time, zero communication. I was not alerted that the time selected was not available. Just terrible ?

WORST company ever! They came at a different time window than scheduled. I requested for them to reschedule the delivery, the guy said he can hold it, and we find out the next day that he RETURNED the item instead.

Great communication with the drivers, they arrive right at the beginning of my delivery window. They were friendly and delivered my new monitor with speed and courtesy. Had to give these guys a good review, cause 1.4 stars is not what I experienced at all.

God offal provider. Samsung uses this sorry brand to send orders. They do not answer or take calls. My order should have arrived today 1p-5p. Nothing. Had to reschedule the install company and still have no idea when the TV will arrive. This may be getting cancelled. Not worth one star!

If it was possible to post 0 stars that’s what this company deserves. Zero conscience about wasting peoples day all together.! No one showed up in the scheduled time frame of 10-2 or bothered to even load the truck with our item. I blocked my entire day, including a doctor’s appointment to accommodate them but they didn’t bother to even inform me. Complete and utter slack and flaky company. This is what they give you for white glove service twice in a row.

Zero Customer service. 30 min hold time to speak with anyone and the customer service guy was a complete A hole. Ordered something from Samsung, NO Phone calls to tell me they were not keeping their delivery appointment, late shipment, TERRIBLE business WISH SAMSUNG WOULD DROP THEM AS A SHIPPER.

Horrible customer service. No communication as to the status of my shipment. Made 4 appointments to receive it and they blew me off each time. They had it for over 3 weeks and still couldn't figure out how to get it to me. Can't believe they're still in business.

If you get your shipment from Samsung, expect the worst. Delay and lost shipments. This is the worst company.

I'm being generous giving them a one star rating. I had purchased two lighting fixtures shipping from California. I received one via FedEx, but the second one due to its size, the company needed to send it via freight delivery. They gave this task to AGS and this is painful. They made me schedule delivery providing them my phone number for texting and/or calling. No call, no text. Nothing! I called and had to reschedule. Two full days wasted waiting on this mediocre delivery company. I called AGAIN and was left on hold and was told they couldn't locate my package. WHAAATTTT!!! I called the lighting company and have them hounding this delivery company as well. Have no clue why would they even bother choosing this company for white glove delivery. AGS is a nightmare of a delivery company. Buyer beware and don't waste your money or your time! They'll tap dance away giving you the runaround...

AGS was supposed to deliver my 85" TV and they lost my TV after receiving the TV 2 weeks before. They can not keep track of their own shipments, how can you rely on the company to deliver any goods. I was so furious on finding that they lost my TV in their own warehouse. I would not recommend this company to anyone for my future goods.

We ordered a TV it came late and the driver hit our mailbox and completely destroyed it we have all the proof, pictures and all the damage to the driveway and they still denied it all ,,do not use this company

Terrible communication. Tv was a week late from original scheduled day. Then after being a week late, they missed their delivery window by 4 hours. When trying to call, the customer support are rude and not helpful.
