Came and looked at an apartment and was met with most helpful sales rep ms T. She was very informative being tho I’m from out of state and walked thru everything I needed to know to make my move a smooth one. The apartment was beautiful and up to my standards. Was able to move in with no problems. Maintenance is on top of there game as I came across a small problem with the unit but they where right on top of problem and corrected it very quickly…..highly recommend the apartment complex to anyone….very satisfied

This could easily be a 4 star community IF THEY COULD RESOLVE THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES. Maintenance requests placed on line are a waste of time. They are never answered!! You have to speak to a maintenance person face to face and hopefully they will get back to you. I’ve waited weeks for someone to come and fix a loose faucet.

Tikeria in the leasing office is a wonder to work with. The was a small issue with my account and she quickly resolved it. Nicole is the same way. Both agents will brighten your day and handle your business with respect & urgency.

To those who may consider relocating to Aspire,I am a current resident of Aspire Perimeter, and I am compelled to bring to your attention several concerning issues within the community. When my family relocated to Atlanta in the spring of 2021, Aspire Perimeter provided an excellent living environment. Initially, all amenities, including the pool, gym, grills, and communal areas, were well-maintained and consistently clean.However, I regret to inform you that since the latter part of 2022, there has been a noticeable decline in the maintenance and overall quality of our facilities. The maintenance team turnover has been frequent, and whenever they do address our apartment concerns, we are greeted by unfamiliar faces. Approximately two months ago, a team member was terminated for alleged theft of property and apartment keys, including one belonging to our unit. The responsibility of making key copies was unfairly shifted to us, even though it should be a property management concern.Furthermore, our apartment has been exposed to mold. Although they removed the molding around the window, there has been no follow-up or corrective action to address this hazardous issue. This poses a significant concern for the health and well-being of my family. Despite reporting this matter, there has been no communication or effort to rectify the situation.Moreover, our interactions with the front office staff, particularly Nicole, have been less than satisfactory. Nicole has displayed rudeness and a dismissive attitude towards residents who voice their concerns. Her inclination to involve law enforcement for trivial reasons and her refusal to engage in constructive in-person conversations contribute to an unwelcoming atmosphere.I believe it is crucial for the management to address these issues promptly to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all residents.

I wanted to share my experience as I just moved in over the weekend. The move-in process was super easy and I'm thankful to be in my own place again! I wasn't able to see any one-bedroom prior to leasing so I recommend a better way of leasing. Upon moving there were a few things I would have expected to be done such as a/c, plumbing, etc. On Monday when the office opened, I made the staff aware and Nicole didn't delay in rectify the situation. She rectified the situation. She had a regional supervisor in my apartment making sure everything was taken care of! No apartment is perfect but how they responded was. I'm happy to be here!

To begin, I have lived in this apartment community for almost 3 years.The first two years were a breeze. The community is nice, good location, people are quiet and keep to themselves, grounds kept clean, maintenance prompt, and overall I had no issues.In the past year it has become a totally different story. New management has come in and TORE THESE APARTMENTS APART. For one, maintenance is terrible, unqualified, understaffed, and will take forever to fulfill requests. My air has been out for almost 4 months and my dish washer for one month. 4 months without air in the hottest part of the year, yes it has been torturous. When I call the office to see what is going on, no one has an answer; and no one cares to give me an update on anything. After a month I finally got a mobile air conditioning unit (that's only because I went to the office demanding something be done), but that only cools off one room: keeping the rest of the apartment at 80 degrees or higher.To make things worse; the gate is ALWAYS broken, the pool and the rest of the amenities (gym, car wash, car vacuum) are always disgusting and most of the residents never use them because of their current state, the apartments are infested with roaches/spiders/ants, the grounds are always covered in dog poop/trash, management does not care and will hang up on you when you call (and don't ask to speak to the property manager because you will never get her, EVER), and the apartments themselves are falling apart as well. Trust me when I say, there are way way better places to live. The prices are cheap here because the property is terrible, and no one wants to live here. Don't believe the pictures either, that's when they remodeled the community 10+ years ago. Save yourself time, money, and the stress; I promise it is not worth it. If I could do negative 5 stars, I would.(I am sure someone from management or Lincoln Property staff are going to comment to say to give them a call so that they can fix the issues, you all can keep that comment. I have tried 1,000,000 times. At this point you all can call me; I am sure you know how to get into contact with me.)

I scheduled a tour and when I got there I was informed they are not doing tours...but I was emailed an application. Yea im gonna sign a contract for a place I did not see. Not organized which is a warning sign of what it would be like to lease.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at Aspire Perimeter. Despite confirming TWICE with Tiffany earlier in the week, Faith informed us that we were not on the schedule during our visit so we were unable to tour the unit we were there to see. No apology, no attempt made to reschedule or work out the miscommunication on their end from Tiffany or Faith.Additionally, during a previous visit, Faith appeared disorganized and struggled to provide information about the property. These red flags have made us reconsider choosing this complex as our future home.

The neighborhood is safe and neighbors are friendly. Tyrell, is great. He helped us move in fast and assisted us especially in getting the paperworks done and all the power and gas connections etc.

This is the absolute worst place to live in and I highly do not recommend this place. If I could give them a 0 star I would! First off, it is infested with roaches, The management at the leasing office is highly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. When you put in a work order for anything, especially for the most basic necessity which is water, bathroom not being functional, leakage from other apartments into yours, the list is endless. They do not take the most basic work order seriously and have you waiting weeks which would have taken you several trips in and out of their office, several disrespect from the staff including the manager and it still does not get fixed. The hallways are so filthy and has never been cleaned since my parents moved in for over a year and a half now. The little things the try to fix takes them months (and I’m talk 6-8 months) to finish. I added a few pictures as proof.

This is worst ppace to move in. Do not consider these apartments if you are looking for clean and maintained apartments. Maintainence requests are never taken care in time. My Kitchen roof is leaking , due to leakage in my bathrooms from past 14 days. No one came to fix it. When you call them they are super rude and disrespectful. If you ask them questions they reply you that they will not answer you anymore. I am not able to cook anything from past 12 days as bathroom water is leaking in Kitchen, not able to bath or use restrooms as its water just leaking down and foil smell every where. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Rent is so high and services are ZERO. There team is super rude with residents.

The staff is great! Friendly and very helpful when it comes to maintenance. I haven’t had any issues with pest or rodents. When the water main busted they were on it as to make sure all tenants contact their insurance provides but they made sure all damaged units where assessed and made calls to various contractors to get wet vacs and etc to fix the damage. Overall I have no complaints.
