I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Ascent Midtown. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I have been a resident for 5 years and I intend to continue renting from Ascent. I couldn’t be happier! Katie, one of the leasing officers, goes beyond her call of duty and ensures every resident is accommodated. It is apparent that she takes pride and is passionate about her work. I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Autumn. Her staff is a direct reflection of her work ethics and willingness to make every guest and resident feel right at home. Her timely and friendly response to all inquiries was a pleasure to have and I honestly couldn't have had a better living experience.

Katie was amazing. Super friendly, very informative. I was most impressed with how she was able to juggle multiple guests. She did a great job of showing multiple floor plans in just a short period of time and was able to answer any questions I had about the different floor plans.

We toured this property on 4th May 2024. I was awed by the views and the amenities. Our leasing agent Zanaija Gibson was such a sweetheart and showed us around and gave us individual attention and catered to our needs.
I would highly recommend Zanaija Gibson if you are trying to look for an awesome tour.

A really beautiful property in a great part of midtown!
Although I didn’t end up leasing here, I wanted to shout out Katie Freeman in the leasing office. She was such a gem and very professional. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions to make sure I was making the best decision for me. Truly a great customer service experience, which is rare.

I came here to see apartments with my girlfriend and they put this on my tires in the future resident parking place.
Please avoid coming to this community, this is racism, just because I am white they screwed up my day.
