The BEST service out there. Kenny is a master at color and helped me with a very daring exterior paint choice. I feel so much more confident now to go for it! We drive all the way from Chattanooga to pick up F&B paint here and it's worth it. Thank you so much Kenny! You're the real deal.

It's been a while since I've been made to feel so unwelcomed upon entering a store. Perhaps it was my cutoffs. While BM has the color I've been looking for, I'll have to weigh the inconvenience of driving elsewhere to get my paints since I've reached the point in my life where I don't spend money where I'm not wanted. If you're new to Buckhead, skip this paint store!

Brandon and Christina are the best! So helpful and patient and will go out of their way to make sure you have all the options and info needed to make the best choice. Cannot recommend enough!

This Ben Moore store is close to my house so I popped in just to look. Being more familiar with the SW paint deck, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of colors BM has, especially because I am looking to paint my kids’ rooms. Brandon was super helpful in showing me colors that he recommends or that have been popular in his experience. He also gave me a few painter recommendations. I think I am now a Benjamin Moore convert!

The staff here is EXTREMELY rude and hostile. Do not stop by here under any circumstances. It is not worth your time and they don't deserve your hard earned money. I guess I had to learn the hard way.

Came here once and they were great, educational and very helpful. Today, they were just rude. I wasn't sure which finishes to get for shiplap and cabinets, and apparently I was taking too long (not even 10 minutes from walking in the door) because the young sales associate said they close in 10 minutes and I needed to decide. He chose clocking out instead of helping a customer and closing a sale. I left promptly and will take my business elsewhere. That's no way to do business. Shame on him. And, the guy in the back was a grump. Not a pleasant experience. If you don't know much about buying paint or still need to make your mind up, don't come here. They're not nice.

I have shopped at this store for my interior design business for years until now. While trying to reorder a product I had purchased with them about a month ago, associate Kenny was abrupt, rude and not helpful whatsoever. His condescending attitude was not appreciated. I have never encountered a rude associate with this location, so I’m wondering if he is part of the family who owns the store to feel the freedom to ask the way that he did. Very disappointing. Will take my business to the Sandy Springs location.

I called many times and this guy was so rude telling me i don’t have time to be on the phone with you i have a line of customers to attend ... I should of said then why don’t you get more staff in or why you answer the phone if you don’t have time.. then he over charge me for the paint that i order....rude

The best! Chris and team helped me when I had a paint job go terribly wrong. They brought their team of experts over to make sure it wasn't the paint, and of course it wasn't. He also helped me with finding a new painter and making sure I was taken care of! Truly went above & beyond for us! What a great local business to support for any paint / wallpaper needs.

I really enjoyed my experience at Armistead Paint this morning. I wanted a farrow & ball paint that was going to need to be ordered so he suggested we do a paint match with Benjamin Moore since I needed the paint today.He was consultative (showed him what I was painting) and gave me suggestions on the types of brushes and rollers I’d need. He has a dry personality, but I liked it. He was direct and to the point and didn’t waste either one of our time! I’ll be back when I have another paint project!
