This apartment complex has been a great improvement from my previous housing experience. I have been able to communicate all of my apartment needs and have them addressed in a timely manner. I am able to get fresh air while relaxing on the balcony and I utilize the fireplace in the winter time. Experience AVS!

Bonnie and the team provided great customer service! Misc. issue's in the beginning, but the service provided over shadowed any issues. Apartment was ready for move in. Thank you Arium team!
