Ordered a table and quality was terrible. Table was warped, and had chips in the corners along with other build quality issues such as paint up the side of the stone table and unfilled gaps in the seams of the marble that were packed with black dirt. Overall build quality was extremely poor. Furniture is cheep Chinese furniture with high prices. When I had them send a replacement table top it too had more problems so we rejected that. As they could not deliver a non-defective product after 2 tries we initiated a return. Took 4 calls to customer service over the course of 2 weeks to get the table picked up. Then took another 3 calls over 2 more weeks to get them to issue the refund. But then they did not issue the full refund. Placed 2 more calls customer service and its been another 2 weeks and still waiting to get the final refund. Been a complete waste of my time and a huge source of stress and frustration. Do yourself a favor and purchase furniture elsewhere. Ended up having a similar custom table made by a local woodworking company with much higher quality wood, construction quality and stone for about the same price as the cheap made in China table we initially bought from Arhaus.

Tim was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond so I could find the perfect piece to complete my living room! I am OBSESSED with this set.
I love the reserved up-front parking (and the clearance corner in the back of the store even more!)

Ordered a desk chair and delivery was $299 and they just left it in our foyer still packaged and unassembled. For $299 Restoration Hardware delivers, assembles, and hauls off all of the packaging. Product was nice but that really isn't a reasonable delivery fee for what we got. I am sure UPS fee was only about $75 to deliver it.

We had a wonderful experience at Arhaus this month. Jamye and Tim helped us find the perfect wall decor and timeless items to accent our home. This was my first time at this location, and I was impressed by the overall Items and the team’s helpfulness!

Arhaus is a magical place. Their dining tables are unlike any other furniture store’s. Quality is fantastic, and they are extremely modern and unique. Pricing is very reasonable. Great place to go if you’re seeking some furniture that is more of a work of art. 10/10. Would recommend to a friend.

Came here to furniture shop. I saw a few pieces that I liked. However, when walking in the store no one acknowledge me or asked if I needed assistance. Not a great customer service experience.

Arhaus is a beautiful furniture store in Phipps. It’s on the back side of the mall near Lego. They have a few front parking spaces that’s perfect so you don’t have to fight for limited parking. (Of course valet is available as well) Arhaus has top quality furniture and their staff was super helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have quite what I was looking for but I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for beautiful solid furniture.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! ITS AN EXPENSIVE SCAM! They have nice furniture, but it’s not worth the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They don’t even approach or greet you when you walk in the store! The remind behind the counter as if no customers are in the store! THAT SHOULD’VE BEEN MY SECOND RED FLAG WITH THE REVIEWS BEING THE FIRST!! They also lie about the delivery times and sell faulty furniture!! I purchased a few pieces of furniture from the floor due to them remodeling the store and was sold damaged furniture!! Of course when you buy a floor sample there is possibility for marks, scratches or maybe a stain, but if something is BROKEN within the furniture! IT SHOULD BE sold but DAMAGED OUT or either the customer should be made VERY aware of the damages before purchasing!!! I contacted the store a day after purchasing to see if it was possible to have the merchandise repaired or replaced. I was told there was nothing they could do and was recommended some local furniture repair shops. I even asked if I was able to have it repaired by a tech through the company and I was told that they don’t have any repair techs that can repair the items. KEEP IN MIND AT THIS POINT I AM WILLING TO PAY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED because I actually like the items and want it to be fixed!! BUT STILL NO HELP! Even if I wanted replace the broken pieces.. the delivery is 20 weeks out! Floor sample or not I should’ve received better customer service than what I received! PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! Go shop elsewhere!! It’s not worth it!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

If I could give zero stars I would!! This place is not inviting! They don’t greet or ask if you need assistance while browsing store! The customer service is nonexistent.They give dry responses and aren’t very knowledgeable of their product. Honestly I expected so much more from a store with these prices! I won’t ever shop where I’m not welcomed!
