Elizabeth and the team did a great job as a seller’s agent. They made good recommendations to prepare the house for sale, had a good contractor team that could assist, marketed well, had a good photographer, and had a good pricing strategy. I would definitely sell with them again.

Ashley, Nikki, and the entire team at Anna K. Intown were INCREDIBLE!! Not only did they sell my house quickly and at a great price, they also helped me handle all the details. I had to manage the house prep and sale from another state and they helped me coordinate contractors and move out support and helped me stage the house so that it sold well. They were in close communication the entire time and ALWAYS responded to my needs with positivity and a smile. This team exceeded our expectations as first time home buyers. We were looking for something inside the city and they are experts on the area. We quickly found a home we were excited to put an offer on and Gabrielle was able to negotiate on our behalf to get us to a price that was over 40k lower than the list price. The process after that was a breeze as the whole team chipped in to get us to closing. The combination of getting a great price and having a smooth closing is all you can ask for from a realtor. Definitely recommend!

The Anna K Intown team helped our family sell our home near East Lake and purchase our forever home in Peachtree City.
