Getting my pets from the US to Bahrain would not have been possible without thier help no exaggeration! They helped fix my paperwork and talked to all the vets I used. They worked with my family to complete the process since I had to leave. I appreciate thier hard work and would recommend to anyone but especially service members.

The team provided excellent service and walked us through everything required for our 2 dogs to go to Poland. They coordinated with our local vet and ensured all the paperwork was completed and on time. They took such great care of our dogs. I absolutely give them the highest recommendations for pet travel.

I was very nervous about shipping my two cats across the pond for my new position. I cannot express enough how much I was impressed with the care and attention Janie provided to put my mind at ease. She took care of everything! More importantly, she kept me informed of what to expect and delivered. This certainly was impressive service and I would recommend this to anyone that has pets. They would be in excellent hands!

The staff at Animal Land are very friendly. However, I felt the agent we were assigned for our rabbit Maxwell’s transfer from Atlanta to London in 2021 sadly was not very knowledgeable about the process. For example, she told me repeatedly she could not yet book Maxwell’s flight with British Airways because they “weren’t showing flight availability” when the flight he needed was less than a week away. At this point, I was already losing faith in Animal Land and instead reached out directly to IAG Cargo to get answers myself. I was able to book Maxwell on the desired flight literally that day! And Animal Land had told me repeatedly this wasn’t possible. In my opinion, the astronomical fees they charge just aren’t worth it. If you’re shipping a rabbit, just contact IAG yourself.

I Contacted Animal Pet Movers more than a year ago and from the very first time they were the only company that reached out to me and showed concern for my upcoming move for my Shih Tzu to the Philippines. I cant say enough good things about Melissa my rep as she made sure all docs were prepared and ready, and her communications were always prompt and efficient. I am glad to say my Shih Tzu made it safely and now we are making a new home now. If you ever have to make this move please reach out for their services. They will take away lots of the stress that you're already encountering.

We can't thank Janie and the Animal Land team enough for safely relocating my Ariel and Hermes from the US to the UK. At first the whole thing felt like such an ordeal for us due to the extremely complicated regulations around the paperwork, the fact that pets can only travel as cargo to the UK, and Ariel's recently diagnosed diabetes. Janie made sure that our documents were correctly prepared and pre-checked by the authorities prior to departure so that there was no question of incidents, and assigned for us the most kind colleagues at different stages of the process to handle our cats. She also provided detailed guidance on the preparation of kennels, food, etc. so that Ariel and Hermes can travel securely and safely. In the end, we all arrived in London in great condition and the cats happily slept next to her mom without much distress from the very first day!Our cats are like our children and we would have had so many nervous breakdowns during this process without your guidance. Thank you, and I hope you continue to help many more families relocate with their dear ones.

On balance, I would not recommend this company. I recently used them to move my dog from New York to Morocco. They will help make sure your paperwork is in order and provide general guidance, but at the end of the day, they charge far too much money and you wind up still going through all the same steps and hassles that you would doing it on your own. Your dog will still fly as cargo, they say they have a "Pet Hotel" in Paris for international transit, but my dog showed up dehydrated, with sandy gravel all over her crate and bedding. She was not fed at this "Hotel" as promised (I know exactly how much food I provided and it was untouched) and when I asked for verification of what actually transpired, I got the run around. I fail to understand how the alleged employees of this "Hotel" cannot provide a photo of your dog, during or after transit, or account for their alleged actions or apparent lack thereof. When I raised these concerns during and after transit, I was told they would "look into it" and have not heard anything in the intervening 2 weeks. They will take your money and probably get your pet there alive, but it is not a pleasant or comprehensive experience for your animal. If you have an extra $6k to spare for piece of mind, maybe this is worth it. Otherwise, take the time, do your research, and handle this yourself. It will save you thousands.

My experience with Animal Land Pet Movers has been extremely positive. They provided us with support throughout the entire process and were extremely helpful coordinating and navigating complex situations. What was originally a stressful ordeal ended up being a relatively simple process. They are professional, helpful, and good people. Could not recommend them more!

Being relocate is not easy, specially when you have pets. I had so much to do and deal with all the bureaucracy involved in relocating pets added much more stress. I could not have done that without them. Melissa, my designated agent, was super hand on and diligent, I felt secure because they really care about our furry babies. I was concerned about the long trip from NYC to Singapore but my cats arrived safely. I’m beyond impressed and grateful.

My name is Madelein and I recently immigrated to the USA. Moving and immigrating is a stressful business. If you have pets to take with you it's a 100x worse.BUT thanks to the help of animal land pet movers, the job was made so much easier and a lot less stressful.Melissa, our personal animal counselor, was there for us every step of the way. She had clear and precise instructions, always there with answers to questions and extremely friendly and helpful.Without her and her team's help, it would have been unimaginable to get through this process.The pick up and drop off at the houses, both in South Africa and America, went smoothly. We received our precious cargo here in America at around 10pm. Dropped off, safe and sound at our doorstep.Thank you Melissa and team! You were great!!!This company is very caring with a highly professional attitude. They understand the ins and outs of the business and I can highly recommend them.

I would recommend Animal Land Pet Movers to friends of mine. Melissa was my agent and she was fantastic. She is very knowledgable about this intense process. She was there every step of the way...through the highs, the lows and the in between. We had a few hiccups with visa delays but Melissa gave good advice and encouraging words to assure me that my pet would reunite with me safely in our new home country. And she did. I worked with Beth from Animal Land Pet Movers to move our beloved 55lb, Brittany Spaniel, from Portland, Oregon to Malaga, Spain. Beth and the team were so professional and knowledgeable. Our timeline was short, only four weeks and she jumped right in to help guide us on how to do it. Everything worked flawlessly, including the paperwork. The coordination of the logistics and timing of moving an animal is extremely complex and using a professional service to do it was invaluable. Beth was super responsive to all of my messages, always giving thoughtful and detailed responses. Her availability gave me great confidence in the service we were paying for. Our dog, Mika, flew without any issues. Picking her up in Spain was just as smooth with a local representative from the company on the ground to greet us at the airport and take us to Mika right away. It was all very smooth. Mika had a layover in Germany and I was worried about her well-being, however, she arrived in Spain and was in great spirits. Both mentally and physically she was totally fine and we're so thankful for it. Highly recommend this company to move your pet!

What a great experience! Janie made it easy for us to get Buddy from Atlanta to Amsterdam. We were delayed in picking him up, but the agent in Amsterdam went the extra mile and stayed late on a Friday evening just to make sure Buddy got the attention he needed, and he was alert and happy when we arrived.
