After a 12:03 opening at this location, we were snapped like a turtle by a front counter rep. No need to be hostile when asking. if your register is open. We are not toddlers without our bottles. Be polite and kind so we can have a good experience in this Atlanta outfitters. Remember buy one get one free should be without an high attitude. You're not allowed to snap, crackle and pop without milk and cereal.

Customer service is lacking. Went in for a simple exchange, was barely greeted or spoken to. They had problems pulling up my account which I understand but it was the lack of communication and how they just seemed annoyed I was even there. As someone who has worked in the customer service for over 10 years, this location is lacking in simple things they can do to make you feel like a valued customer.

I notice every time I come in here the store clerks are very pushy and hostile when you try to make a return. I usually buy pants online because I'm very tall and they don't carry a lot of extra longs in the store. Twice I've had to come in and make returns for items that didn't fit right or weren't flattering upon trying it on. Both times, the caisher kept repeatedly asking me to do an exchange although I repeatedly said no and requested a refund. This time the manager came over after the cashier asked me repeatedly to do an exchange and then demanded to know what was wrong with the jeans I bought. I said it wasn't a good fit and she started saying if I do an exchange she can help me find things on the floor. They are so pushy! At that point I declined for the 4th time. It honestly makes me not want to even purchase anything online because if there's ever a need to return anything I have to be hassled by the employees as if they're giving me a refund out of their own wallets. Honestly, if they would carry all lengths and sizes, I wouldn't have to even purchase online to begin with and could try on clothes to see what works in store thus reducing my need to even make a return!!

I went to this location today they told me that the fitting room was closed I left the clothes and some of the employees stayed watching me angry ??♂️??♂️ If you don’t want to serve customers in a good way or you don’t want to work, it’s better to stay at home

Make sure you check your receipt before you leave when returning something. I only got 1/2 of my items refunded and did not receive any kind of apology when I drove 30 minutes back to the store.

I came in looking for a pair of leggings. I showed one of the sales associates the pair on my phone and she immediately walked away saying, “This is American Eagle not Aerie.” I told her the website says I can come pick them up in THIS store to which she then replied that they do have the pair but I’d just have to go look for them myself. I really didn’t mind having to look for them myself (I never found them and ended up leaving) I just thought her attitude was very dismissive and uncalled for.

Hours online and on their phone message say they open at 11. I show up at 11 to make a quick return. I watched an employee standing out the counter on her phone. I called the store to see if someone could unlock the door to make the return. She answered and told me they didn’t open til 12(?) but would ask her manager. She comes back 10 minutes later, on her phone the whole way, and tells me they don’t open til 12 so she can’t help. Ok. Update your hours then! Disappointing experience.

I usually love shopping at AE. Today at this location, they told me the fitting room was closed due to being short staffed when I asked. No problem. Then, I saw a woman who did not work there come out the fitting room. I brought it to the same staff’s attention and he said he would have let me in if I asked. I did!! I’m just saying…treat EVERY CUSTOMER the same!! (He did end up walking me back to a room, which was the only thing made the situation a little better).

Jess, the Manager is helpful and keeps the store looking neat and organized. Great clothes for my teen and sometimes I find something for me!

This store’s customer service is poor. If you have a return , make sure to verify that they actually returned all items you came in with because if not they are not helpful to get it resolved.
