I have been using this Allcare location as an urgent and primary care clinic - the decision to end lab testing / blood draws here means you now have to brave Labcorp at Midtown hospital (not fun). This has negatively impacted my experience as a patient, and I will not be returning. This is a shame, as I think the providers are great.
My time is valuable and I am not wasting it to help Allcare’s private equity ownership achieve efficiency gains at the expense of their patients time.

Dr.Collins and the nurse who helped were both super sweet and understanding. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new physician. I do suggest booking an appointment in advance. Definitely will be back for my next annual!

ANNUAL EXAM
Been coming to this office for the last 3 year, but this year for my surprise they don’t do the blood test in this location. They are going to send you to the Lab Corp Location which is when it gets bad. Not only you have to make another appointment with the lab corp, finding parking at the the midtown location is not easy, they can take more than an hour to do it and they ask for a credit card in case your insurance don’t cover.

I was in a hurry to find an urgent care and all of them seemed busy. I called here and got an appointment for the evening. First time someone sits with me and talks about my recurrent issues and even sends me a referral. I work in the healthcare field and have been struggling w this issue constantly and Dr K Collins heard all my issues and discussed all my possible causes. Thank you. Grateful someone finally listened to me. At an urgent care of all places !
