Friendly staff and a good selection of wines, beer etc. However, due to the way liquor licenses work here in GA, they are not permitted to sell liquor at this location.

I love this store. I will definitely be a frequent customer. Suggestion to the big black guy who works in the middle of the store I guess as a helper?? Do not automatically assume a black person would choose the cheapest prosecco (Andre??) and proceed to tell them NOT to choose that option (bad business practice). I wonder if I were white, would you have even made mention of not choosing that prosecco in particular??
We want the world to see and respect us, but we don't see and respect one another. It's psychological.
Besides that encounter, I'll definitely return.

I came in this store wanting to buy. But I was turn down because I was with a minor who happens to be my nephew. I was the one buying not him. So what’s the difference in going to a regular store where they sell alcohol products?

Just spoke to Kiki, who was absolutely marvelous.
I was seeing if they carried a product or if they could order it, and she went above and beyond seeking every avenue to find the product. Unfortunately it’s not a product they carry or can get, but she tried and that speaks volumes.

This is one of my favorite places to go. I loved the wine tastings at Total Wine . The prices are exceptional. The staff is exceptional very knowledgeable and wines, and the tasting events are great. I’ve begun to make friends that I see regularly at the tastings so if you get a chance, do yourself a favor and sign up in 10 I promise you’ll be back.

Definitely racist in there. POC and black people please do not go there. The only nice person was the tall blonde lady. Older male (manager) and young chunky white male was giving super prejudice vibes. Go to black owned liquor stores.
Update: Caucasian asks if I need anything I said no just browsing. He acted like he was looking at the bottles in the aisle but clearly was keeping an eye on me. I had to stop here last minute bc of a birthday. However, the guy with the locs and glasses was very helpful and didn’t discriminate me. Thank you for making my experience better at the end.

This was my first time visiting this location and will definitely be my last. I usually go to the location in Kennesaw and decided to come here since it's much closer to my house.
I see now that this was a mistake. I walked around the store confused as to why I couldn't find a certain item so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask the employees. I simply asked if they sold whiskey and a younger woman politely responded that they only carry wine at this location. Unfortunately, an older gentleman who overheard our conversation decided to chime in. "Oh you wanna know about whiskey it's brown and tastes like water." His tone was extremely rude and condescending. Not sure what about my question made him respond that way. I guess he thought I was going to press his co worker as to why. There was absolutely no reason for that type of response, especially when he was not included on our conversation. If he would have minded his business, I might have bought something else. Instead I will absolutely not be back.
