I went to get my hair braided May 30,2024 I asked for knotless braids long and small I was very detailed on how I wanted my braids half way through my hair I had to use the lady’s rooms…After I was in the mirror looking at the back of my braids and the parts was medium size and the braids was not long now mind you I have been here 4 hours already…I went and ask the lady who braiding the back off my hair why was the parts so big and the braid length so short?She begin to speak French and then caught Attitude but mind you I have been here 4 hours already the lady wanted to cut my braids out and not finish my hair smh ??♀️ long story short this was the worst experience I have ever encountered I could make it to my event because my hair was ugly and it took them so long to finish… They was very loud ghetto and unprofessional they had all kind of people coming in and out the shop trying to sale you stolen items…Man outside the shop with guns this shop is so unprofessional and not safe… IF YOU WANT YOU HAIR UGLY THEY ARE THE SHOP FOR PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP…

I do like the service I received here but the braiders are limited on the styles they're able to execute, so if you're going for a more updated braid style, I strongly recommend you call ahead and send a pic to be sure your preferred hairstyle can be done by their styles/braiders..

My braids started slipping out a week after service. I paid $180 and I didn’t get service I paid for! I didn’t want to eat my lunch on the inside of the braid shop because of COVID-19 and she treated me as if I was going to run off with her money. What other people has done in the past done has nothing to do with me because no amount of money is worth my freedom. I didn’t want to pay until after services were rendered! Never again I should have went to the other braid shop! Please don’t go here!
