Aicha use to crochet my hair years ago at her apartment. She now has a shop and with that came the worst customer service. She is also very disrespectful. Aicha, you're going to need to do an attitude readjustment - treating customes that are paying you money for a service like they are bothering you is not ok. There are a million braiding salons with great customer service, better braiders and a clean space. The salon is as nasty as your attitude. Never again.

I went for stitch, And at first I was skeptical but it all came together. I already had a sew in and I just wanted the front redone here because I had an event to attend and they did my stitch braids.I still paid full price for the braids although they weren’t full stitch but I like them. I Took my girlfriend here to get her hair washed and braided bt when it was time to wash her hair how they washed it was very uncomfortable n not very clean she had to stand while getting her hair washed n the water did not work over the sink she was standing over so the lady used a bucket .. & to make matters worst her hair was half washed & im pretty sure the lady knew u could smell my gf hair while drying it its was not fully cleaned!

if aicha doesn’t want to do your hair, just walk out. honestly, if you want a trendy / new hairstyle simply don’t go here. lady with glasses CANNOT braid. aicha has gotten lazy, the prices are a little TOO much, $100 for $70 quality ?? if you want regular box or individual braids or micros or something this is the spot, otherwise just find some place else, i don’t know why i even bothered to come here. so, just find someplace else with even better quality :)Services: Hairstyling
