I called Thur 11-18-21 to get my meds refilled, was told I can p/u on Fri. I drove 27 miles to get meds & was told "Can't get them b/c of problem w/paperwork. We will get paperwork & FedEx the meds on Mon or Tues." It is now Sat Nov. 27 and I have ran out of my Juluca. I have called caseworker & Pharmacy to leave messages. THIS IS INCOMPETENT! This Rx is life-saving medication and this Pharmacy knows that!!

I am a client here. I went for an urgent visit eleven days ago to get a recommendation for a dermatologist. I saw Ms. Myrtle Pearson, nurse practitioner—who was friendly and advised she would get back with me shortly to give me the referral. I have emailed her and have called the nurse manager-Shondra-several times. The phone is never actually answered. The message from Shondra is that calls will be returned within 24 hours. I’ve left messages consistently for over a week. I finally called and spoke with someone in the pharmacy to see if I could get connected to a live voice in the clinic. I was transferred and the recording said the clinic is closed. This is at 1:32 pm on Friday, August 21, 2020. Beyond frustrating...this is VERY unprofessional. I do not recommend them. (Pharmacy staff is very nice, however) ~Thomas Boylan

Horrible experience over the phone with Alicia. She was rude and incompetent. I was told I wasn't able to find out if they *could get my medication until my doctor submitted the prescription.*I said, I'm calling to see if you have it to see if I should transfer it to you. If you don't have it, I won't transfer it. She said she can't possibly tell. Having worked with other AHF pharmacies, I know this is not true, having done this multiple times with many pharmacies, including AHF. She was rude, insensitive, unhelpful, and dismissive. I like to support AHF, but no way with this service from Alicia.

I’m MARY JOHNSON, I contracted HIV in 2011, I was told by my doctor that there’s no possible cure for HIV. I started taking my ARV’s, My CD4 was 77 and viral load was 112,450. I saw a website of Dr.OSO, also I saw a lot of testimonials about him on how he uses herbal medicine to cure HIV. I contacted him and told him my problems, He sent me the herbal medicine and I took it for 21 days after then I went for check-up and I was cured. The medicine has NO SIDE EFFECT, there’s no special diet when taking the medicine. He also cure ALS, HEPATITIS B, CANCER, HERPES and lots more. You can reach him on

Although I'm thankful for the care I receive at Aid Atlanta, Doreen Grossett is extremely unprofessional and rude. Something MUST be done about her! Many clients receive services during their time of need and should not be treated the way she treats others. Please fix the problem there at Aid Atlanta and the problem is Doreen Grossett.

I just left this place and I must say that the guy at the front desk at 4pm, the one with his cellphone in his hand the entire time, was not very friendly nor welcoming to me (somebody who has never been here before)! He never acknowledged my presence until I myself had to say hello to HIM! I felt unwelcomed and as if I was a bother to him. I don't know if I even want to come back to this place after today! Y'all definitely need somebody else working the front desk other than this guy.
