Easy process and friendly service. Cheaper than many others. However, do not attempt to call them since nobody answers the phone.

This was my first time renting from Advantage and won't be the last. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and courteous. When the other company had no vehicles left and left us hanging, they save the day. Great prices, awesome customer service saved our vacation. Thanks

So we arrived at 9pm to pick up and asked if the reservation could be changed from my name to my husband's name so they charged us extra money to change the name. The representative was very nasty. I wouldn't use this company again.
