This is my first time using this service. Our community is getting our mailboxes replaced. I unfortunately missed the deadline by 2 weeks because I had to leave the country for work unexpectedly. Upon my return, I immediately reached out to request an extension to pay late due to my circumstances. I immediately received a response from customer service representative Liz. I explained my situation and she researched and responded to allow me to still place my order as well. Great customer service experience!

Needed our mailbox replaced after many years. They were the original installers of the mailbox in our subdivision. Kristie was easy to work with and helpful. Work was scheduled quickly and done while we were at work. Thank you for everything.

I ordered a new metal box per new HOA specs. Installed today by Charles (IIRC) who was professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job taking out the old and installing new. Looking forward to a mailbox that will outlast the termites.

My experience with Address of Distinction has been excellent. I ordered a mailbox from them via Amazon and had a great experience. When I ordered my address number plates, they shipped them say day. And then when I made a mistake, they still fixed it within hours and didn’t charge me! The speed of their replies, especially Liz Mudd, has been phenomenal!

I bought a mailbox last year and loved it Someone hit it and broke the bracket that holds up the box. I called and talked with Kristie and she said I should just replace the bracket. I had it in just a few days and just as good as new. Saved me a lot of money. Great customer service ?? Thanks Kristie
