I went in looking for some unique screws for my grill. The staff was friendly and helpful but couldn't find what I needed, but Jerry actually had some in his car that he was willing to give to me. A+

After we spent 30 minutes shopping in the store, 5 minutes waiting in the checkout line, and another 10 minutes with the cashier trying to figure out how to enter an egift card, the manager just told us to buy the stuff on line rather than to come over and help the cashier. Needless to say, we walked out and won't be back.
Update - responding to store reply - we left when the manager headed outside with another customer to demonstrate how to use a weed Wacker after he repeated for the 2nd time to order the items on line without any offer to help us place that order. We were not willing to wait for who knows how long for him to come back. We promptly drove to the Ace hardware in Chamblee, and they had no problem entering the egift cards, and they told us that the egift cards could be used for premium items like BGE and Yetis, contrary to what we were told by this Ace Hardware back in June, when my husband tried to purchase BGE products.

5 stars for service, 1 for integrity. They made a pricing mistake and wouldn't honor the marked price. Blamed it on customer moving merchandise around even though there were 5 of the same items on the same hanger.

I visited Ace Chastain today to refill two propane cylinders.
A team member, Nick, has just finished helping a customer. He came right to my vehicle and was glad to help
His service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He was happy to be at work.
