Before the big box stores where you're now pointed in a direction to find something on your own, remember the old days of the corner hardware where you could get service? Where they found things for you? Who would recommend a piece of hardware and if it was a gadget, showed you how it worked? Give you solid advice? Well thank goodness it still exists. It's called Ace Hardware and one of the best I've found is West Paces Ace Hardware. I've been there a number of times and never got less than excellent service and good, solid products at a reasonable price. Today one of their young guys changed three batteries in key fobs for me in just a few minutes that would have taken me a weekend of cussing and dropping parts and I only got charged for the batteries. They also have a handyman service if you need something installed or repaired. Go see them, and the nice young guy who may wait on you is the owner. His name is Mike. You'll like him and his team, his products and his prices. If you have some years on you as I do you'll be reminded of the old days.

I love going to a this Ace and being acknowledged for walking in and a store employee saying "hello welcome to ace, how can we help you today". I always have something specific in mind and then he/she walks me to where that item is located. I'm in and out in about 5 min.you won't get service like this at walmart, target, or most stores. only at your neighborhood Ace. If I could give everyone working there a big hug, I would but then they would think i'm a weirdo which I am.

We've always loved the storefront, but have recently used their handyman services.I'd have to say it was the BEST experience that we have ever had with a handyman. The scheduling was easy and seamless, we were reminded of the appointment in advance, our handyman showed up on time and was very efficient - and we are so happy with the job he did! We had him remove and replace a ceiling fan and hang some artwork. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a very convenient place to get a gift for someone among other things. This Ace Hardware location sells home goods, and various other items without having to invest the time commitment of going to a larger hardware store. It’s the best of both worlds for nice gift items and household product needs. Well run with nice employees

You can't beat the helpful hardware man, and this is my favorite location. The staff has been there for ages (complimented by the constant supply of fresh faced local high schoolers) and is incredibly knowledgeable. I'm always amazed at the scope of their goods for such a small store.

Not my favorite ace given how I've seen them treat people. I go to Peachtree Battle and Roswell road now. I also remember them trying to gouge folks for $5 for a roll of toilet paper during Covid. I'm all for free market pricing, but customers remember these kind of things....

Will NEVER go to this store. The employees are helpful and friendly but the owner is terrible. As others have said, he is condescending, rude, and has terrible interpersonal skills. Dealing with him was such an unpleasant ordeal, I will happily drive a few extra miles to an Ace hardware with better customer service.

I love this store. Ace provides a personal experience that isn't too common now days.The employees greet customers as soon as they walk in the door. They ask if they can help you, and they mean it. They know where everything is located in the store and can tell you a lot about the products they sell.
