I have been a customer of Abundant Returns for 10 years. I had been doing my own business taxes and ended up owing money every year. My husband saw Larisa's information and we set up a tax planning appointment with her. I was so nervous about doing something new with the planning. However, that first year we got a refund. I was so happy that I was twirling around in her office!

I have given abundant taxes so much of my time and money to not get quality service since 2016 or 2017 (I can’t remember). I am beyond frustrated and feel helpless . No one should feel stress when professionals are handling your taxes. I need assistance and I have been getting the runaround for 3 years. This is a cry for help but also a Warning . I hate that I have to start over with another tax company however I don’t need another stressor in my life.

Do not use this company. the worst. not only prices are high but very unprofessional. Communication is non existence everything is auto reply. My tax consultant talked over the phone about my tax preparation, and did not explain anything, and was rude and unprofessional when I had a question. And if it can get any worse my returns were the least I have got in the past years. very bad company.
