Jay made our home buying process quite memorable. He allowed us to express our wants in our home, while guiding us with his wealth of knowledge about home buying. Through the process, he was professional, patient and engaged. He was our biggest cheerleader when we didn’t immediately find what we wanted or became discouraged about the competitive market. It was extremely impressive that he made it to 100% of our home showing appointments and even there on our closing day, with a house warming gift. James is a Blessing to our family. Closed on the sell of our home August 2021. His knowledge/skills, dedication and attention to details is evident throughout the sale/ closing process. This was my first experience in the home buying market, and on this road to wealth I doubt it'll be the last. Jay gave excellent advice about what/how to consider if becoming a homeowner would even be worth it and resources to research for myself.Once the process got underway he was very open and honest about what I can expect from him and what he would expect from me. With a vague idea of what I was looking for we cast a wide net, which led to more and more specific details and Jay kept producing houses for my consideration.I'm closing today, and I have more vision for better things on the horizon.
