This place used to be better. Every year for the past 5+ years I went there to make my international DL. This year for the first time I was told I’ll need to go to CVS to get my passport pics. No explanation why, not even “out camera is broken”. Whatever. After I got back with the pictures the lady was literally listening to podcast on her headphones while providing service to me. Unacceptable!

Don’t think that you’ll be able to get a map here. (1) Nobody seems to work here - at least at the “front desk” (even though there were 4 people sitting 20 feet away at the car service desk, doing absolutely nothing). Be prepared to wait for 15 minutes for someone to show up. (2) They seem to be “out” of maps. Even though there is a whole rack of them in plain sight.
Don’t waste your money on this scam “service”!

This is the worst business place I have ever seen under AAA.. I am a long time member an never have I experienced the scrappy service as I have here.
First, you can never get anyone on the phone at this location...only the car center ppl will pick up an they are no help at all.
So when you take a chance to go over there for a service for the passport pics ...the camera is broken..
This is the third visit over there that was a waste a time in Toco Hills... THE CAMERA IS ALWAYS BROKEN!!
AAA you need to look into this office, please!

Where do I start! As you can see I went to Advance Auto and had them do a scan they gave me this. Code. I previously went to AAA about another problem I was having last year and they were on point. I wanted to double check and they charged me almost 200.00 for a diagnostic and if you look at the highlighted line for the MAF they were going to charge me $989.00 for a part that cost 90.00 online and/or 110.00 at Autozone?!? make it make sense! After I paid I got in my SUV drove to the airport pulled into a parking spot. I tried to start it back up about 3 minutes later IT WOULD NOT START! I called they basically told me tough luck. After leaving my car 3 days at the airport brought the part put it on my self after youtube the procedure and my car started right up and I drove out. I would never trust them with any vehicle of mines and I'm not a mechanic! I would stay away from them. I'm so disappointed AAA used to be the best now they're into the scamming business by the way the repairs indicate a tune up which was estimated around 550.00 at Firestone! Shame on you AAA!

Brought my car in because it wasn’t starting. Aside from the first day they had it, they never called me with updates. In order to learn anything about my car I had to be the one to call in. If they said they would call me back, they wouldn’t.
I was told my car needed a new engine. When asked why or if it was throwing any error codes because it didn’t even have a check engine light on when I took it in I was just told that the gentleman working on it had been doing this for 30 years, and was an expert.
Brought it to a second shop and they did a full inspection and found that the only things wrong with it were: old spark plugs, an old battery, and it had too much oil in it somehow. Engine was fine.

DANNY helped me out! When I came in to plug in my electric car. I didn't have the right card to pay for it but he took care of me. Anyway. Great service and friendly attitude. Highly recommend

Service was excellent! My visit was for a warranty battery replacement. Staff was very curious and friendly. Shop was extremely busy but my wait time was minimal.

AAA refused to honor a credit that they provided to us for a previous diagnostic mistake that they had made. Despite the coupon issued to us having their address on it, and them admitting an employee who worked at the location did actually sign it, they still refused to honor it. They also did not offer anything to correct their secondary mistake. Be Forewarned: staff is more concerned about corporate than helping customers: typical. And it seems that If they don’t have to take on more work- they won’t. Trust this location at your own discretion.

I would find other places if you’re looking for a fair and honest mechanic. Had my car towed here and they told me various things that needed to be fixed on my car as the issue. I ended up getting my car repaired elsewhere for half of the price! This place definitely overcharges for parts, they also said I needed to have things repaired that were not an issue. They also said I needed to get a full transmission fluid flush, but upon research/ second opinion, this would have been a unwise move, given my car mileage, and likely would have created more problems. There is barely any discount here by being an AAA member, instead they end up overcharging

The folks with car care were SO kind and helpful to me today, both the woman behind the desk and the mechanic I spoke to. Dealing with your car can be so stressful and their kindness went a long way.
