Hey, I'm from Berlin and won the raffle for the Air Jordan 5 x A Ma Maniere "Dusk" at the end of November and haven't received the shoes or a refund to date. I have contacted you by email, but to no avail, as there has been no response to my request to date. To be honest, I don't know what else I can do as I live in Germany.

I may have lost my money. The customer service is terrible. Won the black aMa 5s back in December. Never received my order. Emailed them. Filed a claim with fedex. FedEx says aMa must file a claim because they are the shipper. No way to get in touch with aMa other than email, that no one has replied to my email. Worst possible experience! This company is a scam. With shipping it has been a $260 learning experience.

Following customers around the store is a bit off putting. Other than that the store has nice merchandise. Also, an employee walked in on me while I was in the dressing room. Theatmosphere here is a bit unsettling.

It is the worst store I have ever bought. I won a raffle on November 2nd and almost a month has passed and they barely decided to send the order because I made a claim with my bank to return the money. The truth is they are the worst and the customer service is non-existent and I also received another order on November 17 and I still have not received any type of information about my order. If they do not tell me anything next week, I will start a claim with my bank.It is the worst store I have ever bought. Really awful. Shipping takes forever, final sale only (hard to tell on the site), and extremely slow to respond. Avoid them.

They charge $15 to ship, but take forever to do so. You can’t cancel the order due to them taking their time. There’s no accountability for their lack of customer service. Best to avoid all together.

Might be the worst company I've ever dealt with. Won a raffle on some dunks and took 3 weeks for them to send me a email that they canceled my order. Won the airships and 2 weeks later no updates no shipped and won't respond to anything you send them.

Terrible experience have not received my order. Can’t speak to any customer service representative. They are unprofessional and incapable of fulfilling prefers and taking responsibility. Poor service all around of l could l would give them 0.

for starters, Kayla the manager, very rude and how are shoes sold that have yet to even come out? Where is the AC? it lterally should be against the law. Who wants to shop insuch conditions. you should not be in business. I came into this establishment a few months ago and the issue hasyet to be resolved. The team is always switching no one stays employed here more than 1.5-2 years and we see why. the customer service.

Won a raffle with them over 2 weeks ago, STILL no shipping info. Hit on the same shoe on Nike several days later & already received them. Tried contacting A Ma Maniere about canceling the order (especially since it STILL hasn't shipped); only to be told no cancellations, no refunds, no exchanges & no eta on shipping. What?!?! We won't spend another dime at this store. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Stopped in yesterday to grab a few things for an upcoming trip and the sales associate (Kennedy) was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process! The only downside to my visit was that it was extremely hot inside the store and they told me that the AC had been out for a while. That needs to get fixed ASAP because it made the duration of my visit almost unbearable. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with that all day!
