Very unprofessional thugs mechanic lied about my car needs a engine don’t want to diagnose the issues. I noticed the shop owner or manager has a gun on his holster. They tried is to take advantage of me despite it is walking distance from my house I am no longer going back to the poorly run garbage of a establishment I do notice the mechanics been drinking alcohol on the job. It is very uncomfortable unwelcoming environment uninvited environment for any customers to bringing their cars to be worked on

Had an appointment and dude was late. Waited and waited and no one came to us and asked anything so I had to ask for the manager/owner and he had me waiting to ask a simple question; when will this guy show up. No one knew. Just seemed totally lackadaisical.
