As one of our affiliates, I didn't appreciate being spoken down to by the foreman who has a severe attitude problem. Then he didn't even both to tell me when the trailer was unloaded. As unprofessional as he was, he's a lucky man that I know how to.be a professional in the face of such stupidity.

They did an outstanding job, we moved from Georgia to Guam and everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage. The communication was outstanding throughout the process.

Avoid! If you see their truck pull up close the door and walk away. We used a third party company who sub-contracted it to A1 Freeman. Firstly they sent someone to our house to calculate volume. They quoted us approx 500 cubic sq ft. Eventually when they collected all our items and took them away to their warehouse. THREE WEEKS later (after we had moved country) they re quoted us 1200 cubic sq. Complete bait and switch. Nearly tripling the cost. Secondly you can not referee to this as “professionally packed” they never used any packing nuts, bubble wrap or sheets etc. they used simple sheets of paper. They didn’t break any items down which they said they would and they didn’t maximize the space. When my items arrived lots of items where broken and I literally had large boxes with single small items in them. I paid a lot of money to ship empty boxes and broken furniture over. AVOID!

This company received shipment of a large log table on May 10 that was set to be delivered to my home. After a week of no contact, I reached out to the company multiple times, failing to reach anyone that knew the status of my item, numerous times I left voicemails that were never returned. On May 15, the online tracker was updated to show that a delivery had been scheduled which is not the case. On May 21, I spoke with someone that informed me that my home was not accessible by their large trucks and that they did not perform hand truck deliveries to where I live (yet the order was accepted and agreed to by them). The online tracker was then updated to reflect the order was 'out for delivery'. At this point, I reached out to the table company to try and find some type of resolution to this problem. They began to reach out to this company, and I heard nothing back for a week. On May 28, I reached out again to the table company who informed me that for an additional $440 they would have the table delivered to me this week. Those terms were agreed upon. On Wednesday June 2, I was informed by the table company that it had been picked up and I would be contacted to schedule delivery (the out for delivery date was then updated to reflect June 2 instead of May 21). As of Friday June 4 (the week I was assured delivery would be completed), I have yet to be contacted to set up a delivery. As of June 10, this company will have been in possession of my goods for an entire month without any form on contact being initiated from them. This is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come across.

While the crew was nice and lovely, they seemed to lack experience and knowledge. They also seem quite ill prepared and lacked proper equipment and wrapping materials and packing supplies (even on 2nd day after knowing what was needed). They only came with wrapping paper... NOTHING ELSE! No padding, no wrapping, no shrink wrap, no corner bars, NOTHING! They tried to wrap a 6ft desk in one piece (not taking it apart) in sheets of paper. They also wanted to the same with a $13,000 couch.I was baffled by the attitude and some of the answers from the office side, which left me with the impression that they were trying to go on the cheap side with limited consideration for proper packing and protection for our items. After multiple calls to complain and having to fight with their office folks (telling me everything was fine, padding isn't supposed to be used etc.), they sent supervisors out. Their own leads / supervisors on site were in strong disagreement with what the office people were saying. At the end of the day, even after the interventions I did, the overall quality of the job at our home was very sub-par. The movers who unpacked us at destination were quite taken aback by what they saw. For example, see a picture of how $10,000 worth of suits and shoes were thrown in a box with ZERO packaging, no wardrobe bar, and tangled with other random objectsTo add to this, the move was done with almost no protection around thehouse (boxes dragged on floors with no protection, etc.).
