The ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever done business with. They require payment upfront. The owner, Jeremy, was sweet as pie until I made the upfront payment. Once he received my payment he disappeared and stopped responding to inquiries/updates and eventually ceased all communication. An absolute FRAUD. I would rate them ZERO stars if possible.

If you are not a socialite or celebrity don’t waste your time or money. The quality of service mediocre and professionalism is subpar. I reached out in March and a 3week project took 4 months and counting. When my content photo shoot was booked I had to pay for the venue, it was not included in the package price as initially stated. I was told I the shoot would take an hour, so I booked the venue for 2 hrs just to be safe. The photographer was 3 HOURS LATE!!! Rushed through the shoot when he finally arrived. The editing was amateur and carelessly done. I have sent several emails, text, and made numerous phone calls with no response. I was never provided a copy of my logo to use for additional marketing like business cards, pens, etc. I am over it at this point, but want to warn any one considering using this company because you see other well known or up and coming celebs referring them DONT DO IT. You will not receive the same service or respect. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unfortunately I would (not) at all work with this company again. My goal this year was to do as much business with black owned businesses as possible (and I will still do my part). Unfortunately this business is beyond unresponsive from the beginning to the end. A month after asking for the proper vector files for my logo I've still not received them. I am unable to get signs for my business...letterheads...clothing etc. Simply because I've not been provided the necessary files. I am now left with taking them to court for a refund or simply moving on and paying another company to redo a logo that I've already paid for just to get the proper files. So unfortunate.

It saddens me to even have to write this review because I am a business owner and genuinely want to support local businesses and I want them to thrive. I have been calling since 6months ago leaving voicemails and sending emails and have not gotten 1 call back yet. There is absolutely no follow up. I have been sending emails constantly and no one responds. I finally got a response stating I can set up a call. I have emailed several times since then asking how (because no one responds to requests) and advised them to call me anytime to finalize my website. At this point, I am not sure of my legal recourse but it may come down to having my attorney reach out so I can get my website completed or a refund. It appears some marketing companies cater to celebrities or "public figures" for free promo more than helping actual paid business owners. I am not sure if this is the case here but if you are a paying business owner seeking support to help build your brand and responsiveness, this is not the place I would recommend. My advice to this company - please just outsource and hire an answering service or something. Also, treat every paid client with the same level of respect, responsiveness and quality work. The outright avoidance is beyond unacceptable at this point. Please just complete the work I paid for is all I am asking.

RUNNN!!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!! For the price of their work the quality is not worth it and the customer service is terrible. They completely disregard what it is you want and try to create something “similar” using fonts and stock images. If you’re looking for something custom this is not the company. I wanted my actual signature to be used for my logo and the example they sent that they did from scratch look like something that was scribbled on a signature pad. When I expressed how terrible the lines looked they then created it using a font. (I could’ve literally created my own logo using a just a font) Although it looked nice it still wasn’t exactly what I wanted and I had to send the logo to a different graphic designer to fix it and make the changes that I wanted. This company do not take the time to accommodate their customers with what they want. I worked with Jeremy, which I believe is the owner and he just fast talk you on the phone and don’t listen to your requests. You may see big named clients on their social media pages but I can GUARANTEE you that you are not going to get the same service. They constantly were sending proofs that were off centered, uneven lines, inconsistent lines that had lumps and curves where it shouldn’t have. Even when I got my FINAL edits the background wasn’t erased completely and it was a white halo ring around all of my black logos. When I expressed that to them they said it was an easy fix and don’t normally have those problems with other clients. Although it may be an easy fix you’ll think that they would review their work before sending it. They also used another company logo and put my name under it for one of my proofs and if I didn’t do a reverse image search i literally would’ve been using another company’s logo for my business . You have to really be careful with these guys and make sure you double check EVERYTHING because they constantly try to pass off mediocre and plagiarized work and think you won’t notice the small things. And it took over a week to get my logos back. Like I said, this company is not worth the headache and don’t be fooled by their social media marketing!! RUNN!!

I own Harolds Chicken in Hollywood California and I must say that 7.4 Creative Group has met every goal that we have set out for them, and they’re also great about presenting us with new ideas to continue to set ourselves apart from our competition. They’ve really been the strategy behind the marketing, and helped us achieve a lot more than we’ve ever achieved when it comes to branding the company. They have designed our menu's website and run our social media. Thank you for all that you do!

Worked with this company in 2020 to design my company logo. When they sent the logo to me I could not use it. Did not send vector file. The sign company could not complete sign order without the correct form for the logo. Finally received the logos in the correct format. I then paid for a personal name logo. After going back and forth I realized that I still did not receive the logo as I requested. During the same time I ordered a website back in July 2020. I paid extra for a 10 day turn around. It's 3/23/21 and I still do not have a website. I disputed with my bank, however because they use Paypal there's a 90 day claim process. If the item is not disputed within those 90 days, PayPal will not acknowledge the refund. I really waned to work with this company for 1) It came as a referral, 2) My initial logo was exactly what I wanted, after I received the correct format. 3) It's a Black Owned Business and as a Business Owner, why not work with those that resemble you in the the market place(African American). I was/am completely Disappointed. I have numerous messages stating I would receive return calls, text etc. Again, I have not received a proper website. I wish I could display all the communications and the attempt at a website that has never been completed and NOOOOOO communication. I sent pics from the vendors as asked. And still NOTHING. I don't build websites, 7.4 Creative Group does and for me they simply DID NOT DELIVER!!!! They were Unprofessional and lacked Integrity... I would consider using another Design Agency if you are looking for Graphic Arts or need creative designing.

74 Creative group is the best of the best. I fell in love with my LOGO design. The creative input I received was so unique and magical I couldn't believe it. I felt comfortable from beginning to end. Would recommend them to everyone. I'm just getting started with my business and I plan on using them every step of the way. 3 Months Waiting On Refund of $500 as he couldn’t deliver on his turnaround time. Paid for two designs $75 each and the cost of printing 5,000 flyers. I requested a refund after missing deadline and he still sends me one mock up design that he states he will use for flyer and door hanger which was not the agreement and the design was unsatisfactory and most importantly late. I was referred by a top producing real estate agent. I’m surprised of the integrity of the owner. I’ve called multiple times & was told multiple occasions he will send payment still nothing. Advice don’t take on more work then you can handle and don’t play with people hard earned money.

One of the most amazing photoshoot experiences I’ve had thus far. The photographer was so professional his creative direction was absolutely genius and he was able to capture the true beauty of my essence. The cherry on top was how fast he was able to deliver my edited photos, which came out absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend 7.4 Creative Group for all your photo needs.

I contacted 7.4 Creative Group on a FRIDAY for an Electronic Press Kit (EPK), not only was the turnaround next day, it incorporated components I didnt even know I needed! I literally almost cried when I saw it! It was beyond anything I could have imagined!!! I would work with them again in a heartbeat:-)
