Please create a better plan for you Amazon, FedEx, UPS delivery drivers. They constantly park their trucks in the middle of the one way street on Blue Ridge Ave and cause traffic back up for people who live here. We should not have to sit behind a truck for 10 minutes or more while they are inside making deliveries to your complex. Please coordinate with your delivery companies and come up with a more efficient plan.

Living at 675 N Highland has been a fantastic experience! One of the best things about this complex is its location. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and full of life, with plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores within walking distance.

675 N Highland is a great apartment complex to live in. The pool area is fantastic—always clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax during the summer. The staff is super friendly and quick to address any issues. My apartment is spacious and bright, with great amenities. Plus, the location is convenient, with shops and parks nearby. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home! Highly recommend!

Been living here for over 3 months and incredibly happy with the building and management team. Great location in VA highlands without being too loud. Apartments are materially very nice and well maintained with new appliances. Maintenance requests responded to in a timely fashion. Clean and well kept common areas including pool and gym.

I've lived here for about a year and my experience has been absolutely amazing. The leasing office staff are incredibly personable and helpful. Dina is great!! My dog loves stopping by the front desk just to say hi. The complex is clean, quiet, the neighborhood is just as nice, and the communication from the complex to the residents is amazing. I've enjoyed my experience here and look forward to renewing.

I have lived in 675 N highland apt for almost a year, and it has been wonderful living here! The management and maintenance team of people are super helpful and responsive and so kind. Dina has been a delight to get to know. The community is respectful and the location couldn’t be better!

What a great place to live! Spacious apartments, great amenities, fun neighbors, and an incredible staff! I love hanging at the pool and using the newly renovated gym, and any maintenance request i have gets turned around very quickly. Not to mention the building is in the heart of the best neighborhood in town. As long as I live in Atlanta I will live at 675!

I came to these apartments not really sure what I was looking for. Chase and Brandon helped me out tremendously! I now know which floorplan best suites me and my budget and will be applying very soon! Love this place.

Coming to this property was definitely a good experience for me and my son. Chase was very helpful and hands on trying to get me into a building within my price range but the whole leasing team seemed so kind (also met with another man brandon who was so welcoming and ready to help!)
As for the property… The community was BEAUTIFUL and clean! Highly recommend if you are looking for affordable but stylish space to call HOME!
