Every single device I have bought here breaks / dies within 2 weeks (the worst one lasted me hardly 24 hrs) every cart they have is low quality and cheap. And to top it all off, the staff leave the place locked up and go on breaks at random times thru the day for however long they want. They don't care that they are selling garbage and don't have any refund /return policy. Definitely won't be back here even if its my only option ?

Definitely would refer a friend. Ask for Sai she was knowledgeable of the products and made me feel like she was genuine. She helped me pick the perfect birthday gift for my God mother.

I went in there for the first time this week cause I lost my pen and was looking for a new one. I loved my experience at this shop. The girl named Saina is so sweet and has amazing energy made me feel welcomed (Please give that amazing person a raise) She drew me in almost instantly kinda hypnotized in a way lol and was very knowledgeable with the products she was showing me. Lucky to say I actually found a new favorite pen! Will definitely go back and look for Saina again

The customer service at this location is always horrible. You walk in, they don’t greet, don’t say anything during the entire transaction. Today is the second time this week I’ve gone and it’s been closed. They literally cut the lights off as I was walking up at 7.32pm—mind you the posted hours state they’re open until 10pm. Can someone please bring another hookah/smoke shop to South Fulton/Roosevelt Hwy? ?
