I had a 1:30 appointment that they called me at 11am to push it to 6:15 pm, only to arrive and tell me they were tired and would be back in the morning… lol I agreed because they already had my $100 deposit and I didn’t want to go through more complications while trying to move…. I had a one bedroom apartment that could have and should have been cleared under the two hours agreed upon, But They moved slow And even had the nerve to say, “this is more than a 2-3 man job!” Not only did I have Multiple people available to help me on the day I originally scheduled to move, But we moved majority of the stuff with our cars!! Everything was already shrink wrapped and sitting in one room for them to grab… Give me a 40 dollar discount, but I still ended up paying about $400 dollars And I helped them move stuff too! Long story short, NEVER AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Jeff, Carlens, and Malvin to help me with my move from a townhouse to a house. I must say, their moving abilities exceeded all my expectations!
From the moment they arrived, they displayed a high level of professionalism. They came fully equipped with pads, shrink wrap, and all the necessary tools to ensure a smooth and efficient moving process. Their attention to detail and careful handling of my belongings truly impressed me.
Not only were they skilled in packing and organizing, but their expertise in using pads and shrink wrap to protect my furniture and fragile items was exceptional. They took the time to wrap each piece securely, ensuring that nothing would get damaged during the move.
What truly stood out to me was their teamwork and coordination. Jeff, Carlens, and Malvin worked seamlessly together, efficiently maneuvering large furniture pieces through narrow hallways and tight spaces. Their strength and expertise in handling heavy items were remarkable.
Throughout the entire process, they maintained a positive attitude and remained friendly and approachable. They listened to my concerns and accommodated any specific requests I had. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction.
Thanks to Jeff, Carlens, and Malvin, my move was hassle-free and stress-free. They made the entire process feel effortless and ensured that everything arrived at my new house in perfect condition.
I highly recommend Jeff, Carlens, and Malvin for any moving needs. Their moving abilities, combined with their use of pads, shrink wrap, and professional techniques, make them an outstanding team. You won't be disappointed!

Do not, I repeat. Do NOT use this company. Moved with them and most of my stuff was broken, the movers reeked of weed/where high and when I discussed this with the owner he didn’t care. This company is cash grab. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The office was helpful with the booking and process of communicating however, one of their movers was rushing like he had something better to do. As a result pieces of my furniture became missing and I was told there is nothing they can do about it. I wouldn't recommend them until they get movers with better customer service experience, professionalism and patience. I only moved out a 1 bedroom apartment.

Jeff and Malvin were faced with a monumental task when it came to my move. Tons of boxes and lots of stairs! They were both very courteous and professional. They were mindful of my belongings and my new house paying close attention to ensure there was no damage to either. They were very patient and made sure things were placed where I wanted them to be. This is my 3rd move with you guys (2 myself and I hired 404 to move my parents) and I will never call anyone else for my moving needs, even though Jeff and Malvin probably wish I would after this last time lol. I'm kidding, of course, but they were presented with a tough job and they handled it like champs. Never complained and got it completely done in a timely manner. Thanks 404 Movers!

I used these guys to move my entire house (including disassembly and assembly) locally and they were done within 4 hours! Very friendly, professional movers that I would most definitely use again, if the need should arise. HIGHLY recommend!

I used them in October for my move and I will never use them again. First they were late which isn’t a huge deal because I had nothing else scheduled that day but it’s very unprofessional. They mentioned how all my stuff was light and shouldn’t take long but ended up adding time at the end when it came to payment. One of the movers was also on the phone a couple of times while they were supposed to be moving my stuff. Then one of them lost their phone so that also took extra time to find. They also dragged my stuff instead of picking it up so now my $1,100 couch is ripped and my tables are messed up. They mentioned leaving a tip multiple times through the move which was so weird and uncomfortable. But becuase I left a tip they gave me a blanket that they wrapped my mirror in and it was completely covered in dog hair which was disgusting, they could have kept the blanket. They are just lazy and unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Well the reason for my comment is they were very unprofessional. Started out to be here between 930-1030 then it got moved to 1030-1130 then they finally arrived at 210 took them 4 hours to load the truck which if all three of the guys wou,d have been working it would nothave taken that long they were riding the time because the real small guy was the only one working the other 2 was always on their phones. The driver got ot of the truck and started throwing stuff out of the back of the trunk. You could he didn't want to be there. The way they had that truck loaded looked like my 13 year grandso did it. To top it all off we had to look at 2 of the guysUderwear the e tire time. I feel like we were milked of money and we deserve part of it refunded because of the unprofessional business you . Also the movers knocked the trim off the stairs moving stuff in being careless. We unbocked the 65 inch TV in tue bedroom and they busted the screen on it . We will be expecting the labor to repair the tim on the stairs and my tv replacedBrendaKirbyJessica and Ben DollinsWell it has been 2 weeks and nothing has been done to correct this issue . I guess this company doesn't care

I was happy they made a last minute move but I think they lied to me on the fees. They kept my $100 "deposit" and didn't deduct it from the over cost. It was something to the effect of 125/hr + deposit and I ended up paying $425. I left a $75 tip because they pretty much begged me to leave one. One of the workers literally said "If you were really appreciative, why don't go ahead and leave us a tip." Like come on....On top of one of the movers was really rude and ignored me when I just tried to make small talk about their day. He was also really rough with my boxes. Hands down one of the worse moving experiences I ever had.My solid advice is if this is the absolute last option then please by all means reach out, but otherwise find somewhere else.EDIT: Quote from their website "We require a $100 deposit to confirm/reserve your move. This ($100) is not money we keep, it will be deducted from your final bill at the completion of your move."
