I was in Atlanta for an afternoon meeting and flew in early. I went to this gym for the morning, had a great workout. Not too busy, staff was nice. Showers were great so I was ready for my meeting after a great workout.

Best gym in Atlanta! Only negative would be that they do not open until 6 am. All other gyms open at 5:00. As a morning workout person, there’s not enough time to get a good workout in. Even if they changed to 5:30 am open time, it would make a world of difference.

The equipment is generally lacking, but the facilities are very nice.
