I scheduled an appointment about a week or so ago went up there on time not one person said hello how can we help I waited 40 minutes after talking to two different people let them know I was there no one said hello no one even spoke to me that day I left rude folks up there

Great Service! I was surprised with the attention, quality, kindness, and professionalism. From the moment I walked in one of the staff, Keith, was attending customers. Samantha, their personal banker, was very patient when helping me with my credit card application. Melissa the bilingual bank teller was very attentive and kind as well. Overall, I was impressed with their service. I would definitely recommend Wells Fargo to anyone looking for a good bank.

I’d disagree with the below individual, apparently first come first serve is NOT a thing here. Note: it’s not like they even asked about appointments. I came in first, and a group accumulated as I sat waiting. When they finally were done, they just picked LITERALLY everyone who came behind me before helping me! They pick who they want to deal with apparently based on looks from what I can tell. Is there an objective banker anywhere please that just does their job?!?

A contractor of mine was denied depositing his check because of multiple “red flags” including not looking like he could be in that line of work, he has never made this kind of money before, his work history didn’t line up as if someone can’t change jobs.Totally unnecessary, they called me and tried to claim my business isn’t real despite we’re registered with the Secretary of State and clearly a valid business.He discriminated against my contractor when Chase bank verified the check, Wells Fargo Branch manager lied and said they said it was a fraud. Another Wells Fargo said it was legit and deposited it but then pulled it because this location flagged it and said it was a fake.I am the business owner and spoke with the employee in Jefferson that pulled it. We will be filing with corporate for the harassment. You can’t just not deposit a valid check because someone doesn’t look like they could earn that kind of money. It’s not like he asked to cash it, deposit it and do your job.

If I could post 0 stars I would. You can't speak to anyone on the phone. Everything is first come first serve, even with an appointment. The branch is woefully understaffed. They are nice and friendly but so understaffed that they are unable to meet customer expectations.

Rude branch, I’m used to wells fargo having really good customer service simile to places like Chicfila but Brandy was a back talker and a little crass. Talking to her was uncomfortable and she implied that I should always count my money cause “if she wasnt a nice person she could have lied about the amount”Never had a problem in my 8 years banking with Wells. Feels inappropriate to even imply anyone working there would do that. Also i can see the number on the counting machine behind them…I don’t need a lesson on cash deposits. It was very condescending and annoying.

I am very unhappy with this branch and recommend you DO NOT use them. I went to pay my house payment as I do every month. I went through the drive through. I later realized that the teller misapplied my payment to my credit card account NOT my house payment, despite being given the payment ticket for the house payment. I was charged a late fee and had to go through a process with Wells Fargo mortgage to have this corrected. DO NOT USE or TRUST THIS BRANCH.

Brandy was an absolute joy to work with. She helped me get to the bottom of my account transfer mishap within moments. I believe her manager's name was Casey. Between the two working together, my problem was completely solved less than 15 min later. She made any stress melt away and I was back to business as usual by the time I left with full access to my account with no to minimum holds on my account.
