I know Wells Fargo as a company has issues, but the folks at this branch are so helpful and kind! I came in right before closing, and they helped me get a billed paid even though I didn’t have a card (issues with delivery) nor a smartphone for digital wallet. They also helped provide options for where I now live, to get a card ASAP and if worse came to worse, willing to have it personally delivered to the branch. It was above and beyond.?

I was told my debit card would be good to go after my account was unlocked after it got closed due to being a victim of money laundering. Nope. Lies. After calling customer service, I was told I have to wait approx another 3-5 biz days for replacement card. Now that’s 3 weeks without a bank account. Been with WF for 12 years. I am disgusted.UPDATE: had to call higher up to get new debit card added to wallet. She agreed with me that banker at this location was completely unprofessional.GO TO A CREDIT UNION FRIENDS!! THIS BANK DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE AVERAGE CITIZEN.

Bank of America rips you off by charging you $8.00 per check if you don't have an account with them oven if you cash a check that comes from them!!!I'm glad I don't bank with them!!

I walked into to Wells Fargo and was immediately greeted by someone behind the front desk who proceeded to ask how she could help me. I replied to her by saying I would like to apply for a credit card, and I was wondering if there was anyone I could speak with. Another person immediately pitched in and very rudely told me that I was going to need to be more specific. He clearly was busy as he had no time to greet me, a customer looking to be assisted, when I walked through the doors...yet he felt the unnecessary urge to direct his rude remarks and facial expressions towards me. Two employees behind the desk were very kind and helpful towards me. As for the man who clearly does not need to be having interactions with customers, this should never had happen. His comment was completely uncalled for. I drove to a Wells Fargo location to speak with someone with customer service skills, expecting to be welcomed and assisted. I appreciate the two employees who treated me with respect; unfortunately the other interaction was enough to cause me to never go back to that location again.

The staff are very helpful and the management team also jumps in to provide service if there is a queue. Very satisfied with their overall service quality.

My experience with Wells Fargo is good. Like some comments, Yes! The drive thru window is VERY SLOW AND ATM'S are always down BUT! I love my bank. My kids have banking there too. The staff are friendly and good at their jobs. We are very much grateful. Thank you for your services

1 car ahead of me. Takes 20 minutes per person on a not busy day to only cash a check. Get better window people.

The staff at the location is exceptional! They are always friendly and go of their way to help. I've read some negative reviews and must assume they're from people who don't like to abide by policies or that have issues with keeping money in their accounts.

Absolute garbage bank and staff, both ATMs are always out of cash or under service! The lady that runs the window has no clue what she is doing and the wait for the window most of the time is over an hour! Will be changin my banking completely!

Sat in line for over 15 minutes at the drive though. When I finally got to the window the lady at the window said I'm sorry but the gentleman over there is the last customer we are helping today. I told her I had been waiting in line for over 15 minutes and she said basically that she didn't care he was the last customer they were helping. She then accused me of being rude. I've never experienced such poor customer service and I'm seriously considering closing all of my accounts and moving my money elsewhere.
