Good customer service. Actually got a cashier!! Don't like the new setup of store!! Stopped going there regularly because of it and lack of cashiers.

Plenty of selection. Prices are reasonable for this day and age. Not too happy with the self checkout basically being my only option. Especially when I don't get anything for doing all the work. Could at least knock a few dollars off.

This store has a "management problem" that presents as a "customer service problem" the first few times you experience it. Always "an emergency" keeping qualified, trained people from working the Money Services Counter. I'm probably just done with this location.

Pay your employees! We were counting on getting paid. You tell us that there is no money to pay us!

Coming from someone that use to work there I have witnessed frozen freight on the floor for 2 hours and they still loaded the groceries in the coolers. I’ve personally gotten sick from frozen items I’ve purchased before working there and now I know why. What I have shared has nothing to do w my time there although the store manager has no idea what she’s doing. If you want to work at Walmart just don’t work for a neighborhood market. I also put in my resignation and on my separation letter it stated I’d been fired. I just hope they feel good about themselves

Pick up order was missing items and rotten. Walmart want me to return items instead of refunding. What do I bring to refund when the item is missing? This has happened many times too. Now this Walmart is punishing the customers for shopper's slacking bad work. How are you gonna select half missing strawberry container and thought customer would be happy? The $6 watermelon was small and rotten too. There was no tomatoes in my trunk when I ordered tomatoes.Make sure to get out of your car and check your trunk so all your things are there even when you have a large order.

Waited 25 minutes for customer service to reopen at 2, then waited in line for another 10 minutes to be told their MO machine was down!!Is it so hard to put up a sign that tells customers that, so we don't wait unnecessarily nor deal with rude CS reps who act like we should just know that their equipment isn't working!??? Ugh!

From what I saw during my brief visit this is a well stocked store. It had plenty of a few items I could not find at the regular store.

Last time I checked, Walmart is an international company in 19 countries with almost 11 thousand stores worldwide yet, every time I go to self check out at this particular store I get a staff member deliberately hurrying over to my check out machine and watching intently on me. I suppose one can say that God blessed me with good looks but another thought I have is could it be because my skin is type 3 on the Fitzpatrick scale which automatically flags concern? But how could that be since so many of the 19 countries that Walmart is in has type 3 skin tones all the way to type 6 skin tones. Not really sure what to think but I would imagine Walmart corporate wouldn't want me to mention this extremely awkward, very uncomfortable recurring incident. Y'all have a pleasant day.

Fairly clean kind of a medium weight to check out unless you wanted to do self checkout. Run of the mill Walmart

Very convenient and close to home. They have full supply of groceries in a smaller easy to navigate store.

As of late I’ve been doing more of my grocery shopping at Krogers and a early morning run to Walmart reminded me why I stopped shopping here, I can not deal with the hovering over a paying customers back when your in checkout. I understand staff needs to make sure there is no shop lifting going on but they have devices that can track what you scan. Back up! and watch from a distance. I do not go through this at the west end Walmart on Epps but I would like to be treated with respect when I’m spending my hard earned $28 dollar a hr money. Smh

The customer service here at night is HORRIBLE! They are never open until the business hours that are posted. If your going to close 20-30 minutes early how about changing your store hours! Not to mention the short older African American lady yelling through the door that they are closed without even looking at you! Terrible experience!!!! Will not be recommending to anyone!

Daughter was injured.Store manager said there were no forms for incidents.Store manager did not see or speak to injured person. She felt her personal space was more important than anything else. In fact nobody saw injured person or offered assistance. We left to seek medical care and will file a report with Athens Clarke police as I feel manager was abusive and unprofessional at the very least.

They have a smaller selection of items (but it’s a smaller store, so that’s to be expected). They have the regular staple items and then some. It’s great for a neighborhood market.
