I just visited this Walmart and am extremely disappointed by the quality of management and upper level management that I witnessed at the store. I saw employees working who were visibly/audibly sick (tired, coughing, sniffling, etc.) and when I asked one of them if they couldn't go home to rest, they said that under their management COVID leaves were not permitted if they had taken one too recently, meaning they have to come into work even if they are sick. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous and so I went on Walmart's website to check and see if that was the actual policy, and was appalled to find that was not the case at all. On the website, it stated that employees can take COVID leave if they are experiencing symptoms, receive a positive test, or are waiting for a test. Whatever that manager, Ramona, is telling them is not correct. It seems to me that she is trying to bully and manipulate people into coming into work even when they shouldn't be. Whether or not she's doing this to cut corners and make a quick buck or for some other purpose I can't say. Dangling checks in front of people's faces to force them to come into work is not only abhorrent, but I'm pretty sure it's illegal as well. These employees do not deserve this treatment and I hope corporate steps in. I've heard other bad things about this manager, including that she has continued to let a known predatory individual work even after being complained about. Extremely disappointed.

The pharmacist administered the boys vaccine. She was very patient and managed a challenging situation. A+

There's a reason that I still (sometimes) shop at this store--convenience. It's small enough to walk around without taking too much time, but big enough to have most food and household items. Sadly, the customer service is often lacking. I've had to wait 20+ minutes to check out because I had a huge cart and only one cashier was working. Or, today, the last couple of items were scanned twice, meaning the really great price(s) were not quite so great when I had to pay for those items twice. Check your receipt before you leave check out!

I have been with Walmart Pharmacy on Epps bridge ever since the store was built. They are wonderful people. But with the COVID 19 I needed a drive-thru option so sadly transferred to my prescriptions to the Walmart market on Atlanta Highway. From the very beginning Patricia has been hurt and rude I will not be using them again option

I've bought groceries on line twice now, and have had a really good experience both times. Wonderful customer service and the way it's set up, shopping online with Wal Mart is very easy to navigate. I'll definitely be back!

This pharmacy is top notch. They worked with me to get a medication I didn't think I could get. Laura and kelsey are wonderful and caring and they genuinely care about people. Like I said top notch.

This review isn't for the pharmacy but its the only outlet I could find at the moment. This review is for the overnight which is by far the worst I have ever experienced and its the one downfall of this promising store. First of all there is never anyone at the front of the store for check out....NEVER! Then when there is someone (Dee) she slowly drags her feet in FLIP FLOPS! the store is a mess and I cant tell who is the manager and who is the associate. The staff in the grocery section is rude and they have trash and boxes all over the floor. I like this store but I usually come at night to avoid the busy days. But I cannot deal with the poor customer service and will take my business to Kroger.

After multiple interactions with the employees here, I felt compelled to give a 5-star rating to show my appreciation for the pleasant, professional service I receive here. It seem strange to be posting a note about a pharmacy because, in theory, all pharmacies do the same thing-dispense medicines. However, at this location all interactions have been very positive, whether I have called with a question or stopped by to pick up a prescription at the end of their busy work day. Zachary, (the pharmacist), the pharmacy assistants and interns, other pharmacists, and the cashiers smile and are friendly, efficient and ready to provide information. They also remember to remind customers when flu shots and other appropriate immunizations are available. I never feel like "just another number. "
