Horrible customer service in the pharmacy! Sorry I didn’t get a name for the young lady but it’s just a disgrace. They need more training when it comes to customer service and clear communication! Not the first bad encounter here in the pharmacy. I understand everyone is short staffed but not reason to be rude.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Any questions are addressed immediately and competently. Great prices on all merchandise and a very clean facility.

The cashier on 2nd shift was rude and unprofessional I definitely would not recommend this place to shop it’s not in the best neighborhood but definitely not the worst the cashier looks like a college girl but very rude and stuck up definitely does not want to work there used to be a better store just go to the good Walgreens 6mins away hopefully they will close this location soon thanks for reading ??

Walgreens in the ghetto. When entering the front door I observed whiskey and wine bottles laying around. Two men came from around the corner, approached my vehicle when I was starting to leave. Be careful in this area! Look for the signs people of a bad area.

On 11/29/21 I scheduled an appointment for 2:50pm to get a flu shot. I get there approximately 15 minutes early and they didn’t have me in the system and that I’d have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. I was on break from work so I couldn’t do that. I then make another appointment for 5:20pm. I get there and they say they’re out of flu vaccinations. I scheduled two different appointments on the same day, have confirmation times for both, and when I get there, they’re out. And both the pharmacist and technician said, “Well we had one for you but you left.” as if to say I walked out. I’m a physical therapist that does home health and distinctly made a gap in my schedule to have it done at 2:50pm. When they said I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, which would have started at approximately 3pm (even though my appt was at 2:50) which would have put me closer to 3:20pm, at minimum, before I’d be seen by anyone. I couldn’t do that with my work schedule. If anything, I’m not sure why I was able to get a 5:20pm appointment if none were available. I’ve attached photos of both confirmations. The pharmacist Karen (I believe) was especially rude and entirely unconcerned that I made two trips there for the pharmacy to fail both times.

Employee by the name of Karen in pharmacy is extremely rude. Kept talking over me. Had a serious attitude for no reason. Transferring to a different pharmacy. Called Walgreens complaint line as well. Absolutely no reason to treat people that way.
