Do not trust this store!!!! I have came here multiple times and never really had any issues, I have been with Verizon for 13 years and the sales person “upgraded” my plan while upgrading a phone and got rid of the same plan I have had for all that time! Now they won’t add back my service and in order to have the same plan they want me to pay $60 more a month!! Absolutely shady. Don’t trust!

Awful customer experience. Bought a new phone and they told me I could ship my old phone back. Then told me I had to come back though I live 1.5 hours away. Came back and they said I needed the account manager present.
Went to another store near my house and they took it no problem!! Will never go back here

Be warned..customer service and sales at this location have fallen off..like the cliff. Only management seems to be willing to have a conversation with you but after a problem. Zero help from some of the associates and very little acknowledgment you are in the store. No more friendly help and very low solution oriented sales. A customer for over 20 years, a business customer, and 7 lines later, we are shopping for a new carrier. Better off shopping online, a different location, or get a new phone carrier

This company sucks. I hate it so much. The customer service is so slow and it takes like more than 20 minutes for someone to respond and they never resolved the issue. This company really change throughout the years. I will be leaving soon.

My dad is 66 years old and went in to get a transfer pin to change carriers and pay his last phone bill. We called Verizon and they said to go to his nearest store. He arrived 30 minutes before open. They heard he wanted to make a payment and let him in early and as soon as he asked about the transfer pin they told him he had to wait until open and to sit outside. My dad waited outside for 30 minutes no complaints to get the pin and whenever they let him back in the guy told my dad he’d have to go to another Verizon and he didn’t know how to help my dad transfer his number over. They sent him to another Verizon... What really happened is they are commission based and buddy that my dad talked to didn’t want to deal with something he wasn’t getting paid extra to do and that’s what corporate Verizon told me themselves, bc there’s no way he shouldn’t have been able to help him get his number changed over. My dad isn’t a complainer so I’ll write the bad review for him. They made him feel like a number and didn’t try to help him, go to the other Verizon in town, they helped my dad and he was in and out in FIVE MINUTES.

Went in to disconnect my service. Provided my name & reason for my visit. Waited, and waited, and waited. I swear a new shopping center was completely built in the time I waited. Finally, my name is called...I simply say, 'Discontinue service '. Immediately the rep told me closing accounts is done thru an 800#, not at stores. Seriously, alllll that time spent waiting....these people lack neurons that allow their brains to work properly. Consumers need to start billing businesses for any time wasted due to incompetence!!

Unprofessional and unpleasant visit today at Verizon store with manager Chad.
Have been a Verizon customer for 20 years came into the store initial meeting with Chad to get a screen protector put on...
Manager Chad knew I had a third-party screen protector yet put me in queue and had me wait for 30 minutes only to send me away and say they could not apply screen protector.
Absolutely no reason the manager Chad should have had me wait and could have given me details during initial meeting when came into store.

Technician Bobby was extraordinarily patient and personable, and his expertise was astounding. He spent half an hour with my phone and me, and now the phone works fine!
