I recently went to this store to upgrade my phone and had the best customer service experience. Matt, Elise, and Nick all assisted me and answered my many questions. The process was painless and I will definitely utilize this store location again for my Verizon questions and purchases!

Went in to replace/upgrade a cracked phone. Elise was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable! Nick was also spot on to assist when needed. Not only did she help get me the perfect phone, she also found ways to save on my bill w services I didn't even use/need. Highly recommend these folks!
