Very very rude and completely incompetent. TheGirl there was so rude to the point it was disgusting. Do not go to this store !!!!!!! We went to Cleveland Ga store and got everything we needed and wanted. Athens girl told us not able to help us and tough luck screw you!!! ( in her nicest way possible)We went to Cleveland ga store they said no problem let us help and all was taken care of. Do not go to this Store the only thing more worthless is is employees!! Pissed me off they treated my wife and son so terrible !!!

The people who work at this store are completely useless, unhelpful, and disrespectful. They refused to invest a single ounce of effort in helping me resolve my issue, which was caused by poor communication from the company in the first place. Will be shopping around to take my family plan business to a company that cares about their customers.

I had a phone plan and I brought my own phone and put my service thru them and they screwed me! My bill was almost 300 a month

Horrible customer service. My elderly mother came for assistance with a new iPhone and Rebecca was very rude to her and dismissive. DrI've the extra 5 miles and go elsewhere.

Amazing customer service and staff was extremely helpful as well. My partner and I had Eric help us and he was very kind and knowledgeable about products and pricing. I wish I could give 10 stars ?

I would like to start by saying this review is for this store. Not Verizon. Not Apple. But the store on Epps Bridge.Angela helped me yesterday evening. My in laws needed an internet backup and I was going to purchase a mobile hotspot. She suggested the in home internet and explained the pros and cons of both. I shared my skepticism and she offered me reassurance and even said "if it doesn't work out we can always turn it in". Of course I knew that but it seemed like she was making an effort to help me and share in my concerns. She had me in and out so quickly, yet despite the constant foot traffic never made me feel rushed.I would come back to this store just for Angela's service. Thank you!! I'll let you know if it works.

Unknowledgeable employees.They didn't solve my problem&only they know customer service numb.Which I know that numb very well.*611.If I need to call customer service I don't go store&call on my coach.

TERRIBLE experience. I wish I had service with anyone other than Verizon. It was obvious when I purchased a new iPhone 13 yesterday that they just wanted to get me in and out of the store. They did not offer to activate the phone, and I wasted 4 hours failing to activate it on my own. Now I am back in the store the next day, and have been waiting for an hour. They know this is a common problem with iPhone 13, so it seems like a very stupid move for them to allow someone to leave their stores without activating it in the first place. I will rot before I will buy another phone here.
