I get my car wash here and I've never had a problem. Staff always friendly with great work! Today was my first oil change with them. Victor was extremely nice, curtious, and professional. He took his time and answered my million questions without rushing me or getting irritated. So far my car is running much better! I told Victor I was searching for a new place for car care bc my last place got lazy. Everytime I pulled up they seemed bothered that I came then I felt rushed so they can go back to doing nothing. So I said all that to say I hope this will be my permanent spot for car care and that they don't start slipping.

I've driven across town for 15+ years because the detailing always has been exceptional. I suppose their standards gave changed. Whereas I've always been amazed at my car looking almost factory fresh, there's a laundry list of what wasn't done: trunk not vaccuumed, pinestraw still under wipers, crud in so many nooks and crannies and crevices, inside surfaces still smudged, crud on roof and hood, and more. The guy I think was the manager argued with me and wanted to charge me another $35 to clean what's always been done beautifully. The detailer didn't get serious until I started taking photos. I waited because I don't like posting negative reviews as everyone has an "off" day, but the arguing and the lazy attitude and the attempt to charge more was quite bothersome. They can't fix what they don't know, and I'm not sure they grasped my point when I still was there. I won't know as I won't go back.

Be careful going here! My under shield came off as I was driving on a 5 lane busy highway and was dragging before I pulled over. Was on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting for road side assistance while a plethora of cars and 16 wheelers flew past me. The under shield for my car alone is 350 dollars. Please beware and take your car to somewhere that is more careful with your car and life!!Service: Oil change

How do you get this place to answer their phone? They have had my daughter's car held hostage for 6 days now with each day saying it'll be done and then saying they have to order another part. They are clearly in way over their heads and taking advantage and now won't answer their phone.

Highly recommend as the employees here are professional, knowledgeable, attentive, respectful and compassionate. I had my engine light on and when I arrived I was serviced immediately and given the results from the diagnostic and advice on how to take care of it. I come to this place for nearly all my oil changes without issue, but lately the car wash section of this place which I pay a monthly fee is not the best lately. Depending on whose washing cars, they'll just spray your windshield and not go over it with a brush therefore leaving whatever bug spots perfectly intact when you come out with a clean car. I usually go speak with whomever on duty in charge and get it re-washed again, but just wasn't in the mood to deal with it today.
