These people are horrible. This is the worst post office. Rude employees

Postal personnel always go above and beyond what is expected every time I go to the post office. In addition they are always friendly and never try to hurry me or any other customers, but are attentive and listen to my questions, problems, or needs. Thank you so much!

Made sure to get there early to avoid any rush, and the employee was very helpful and patient. I was sending some important documents and a money order for the first time and I'm sure the employee could tell I was frazzled.

The branch closes at 2, but I was turned away at 137 pm after making a special trip just to mail somethig. The USPS needs money and customers. You would think that during the holidays they would not be turning away business.

Twice my package has not been delivered to my house even though I get mail from the USPS on constantly from normal mail to packages. USPS claims that my package was incorrect and because of that it couldn’t deliver my package

The people are nice, when they are there. I don't get the random hours with no explanation. The package deposit bin is broken. Can't leave the packages on the counter because every time I go, during regular hours, the screen is pulled shut and I can't get to the counter. Also, pick up at my business is sporadic, so I never know if mail will get collect or not.

This branch has really gone down. I went there on Saturday, August 5 and only one person was working and the line continued to grow. The prices for the shipping boxes are sheer banditry, but just about anything related to the government is criminal.

Showed up at 4:50 after leaving work early so I could make it to ship a package. All that was needed was scanning the QR code so the label would print off and sticking it to the package-total of 30 seconds or less. Staff did not care at all and turned me away. What’s the point of staying open until 5?

Customer Service is horrible. I guess the workers there don't know anything about Customer service. How can you be lazy and rude to your customers. You know the ones that keep your office open,....the reason why you have a paycheck?!! Is this how you thank people for their service? It's pretty sad

The worst customer service. They’re incredibly unhelpful and rude. Go anywhere else if you can

Of all the post offices I've been to, this one by far has the friendliest employees. Sometimes the wait is long and oftentimes there is only one clerk manning the counters, but the kiosk is available for speedier service. Always able to knock out whatever USPS errands I have

The staff are always very nice, but now they’re locking the mailboxes on the weekend so that you can mail letters that fit in slots but you cannot mail packages, even the small ones you are allowed to put in boxes. Wasted a trip.

Even when I leave packages 15 minutes within the cutoff time, they never get scanned in. This is extremely frustrating especially on a Saturday, when I could have taken them somewhere else. Instead the packages sit there all weekend untouched, delaying arrival even further. If you want your item shipped immediately be sure to drop it off 1-2 hours before closing.

Great post office location? It would be nice if patrons didn't feel the need to park along the curb in front of the building⛔ Otherwise it has easy access to a drop off for prepaid packages & stamped mail right as you walk in?

Update: this location’s lazy, rude employee that refused to provide me a receipt now cost us money because this location’s lazy, rude employees either lost multiple packages or did not process them correctly and I don’t have documentation that is needed to address this. USPS screws people over because their management is too inept to address overt misconduct from their staff. Being forced to use USPS for business, they have cost us more in lost and incorrectly process packages from this location than any other and not a single time that we’ve tried to deal with this have we gotten any resolution. Total clowns. Not really sure why they insist on hiring exclusively from the program finding jobs for people with broomsticks permanently stick up their rectums. Lady working 11/22 refused to scan and provide receipt for prepaids so I was denied documentation because they hire people too lazy to scan things while there’s more than 1 person on line.
