My review is because I emailed asked about printing services prices and times. They said send the file and they would let me know. Three hours later I go in because no response and while I’m standing there the younger blonde girl says I just emailed you back and I said okay well I’m standing here and she said no , you have to reply to the email before we can start. Apparently me saying yes was not sufficient. Then she proceeded to complete my order but was obviously annoyed that I thought was ridiculous.

The BEST print shop for any needs! I have used Epps Bridge UPS for the bulk of my printing through four jobs + a variety of personal orders. Cicely, Jamie, and Neel are unmatched! From wedding invitations to flyers to notecards to yard signs, every job is a 10/10 in both quality and responsiveness.

I had used their services for some print outs and Notary on a government document for renewal of my foreign passport as I have travel plans for the end of the month.
The notary at the location is incompetent as she did not sign the notary stamp due to which my application is put on hold for next 20 days. I had paid $150 for expedite service so I can receive my passport in 5 days. Now it's on hold for 20 days and my $150 fees is wasted additionally my international plans got jeopardize.
This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Very disappointed with the notary service.

Went here for a notary service and even though they were busy, they were looking out for each customer and handling things effectively without rushing things. My appointment was very affordable (under $10) and was a pleasant experience! Highly recommended this location!

Joseph was very friendly and helpful with my drops offs today. Several registers/employees assisting, meaning no wait. They are always on top of it every time I walk in. Love this store!
