Went in for a black lipstick. Only 2 options and neither was good. You'd think a makeup store this big would have a colorful lip section to include odd lip colors of good quality but no. Also hours on the door apparently don't reflect business hours. Door says 9 but closed at 8. The process just to check out was a pain as well. Store associates were all very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Wouldn't be surprised if the issues I see are because of higherups not doing their jobs. Overall not impressed.

Legacy and Dominic are amazing! Dominic is now my go-to for skin care and makeup! They helped me find the perfect shade for my uneven skin tone and treated me like royalty. Love!!!!

SAVANNAH JENKINS is out of this world cosmetologist! First off let me tell you that I have thick, curly hair! Savannah is the only person I will touch my curls, she’s not only educated me about my curl, but also recommends products that work great for me! And of course I highlight my hair, if you were wondering, and that too my friends is what makes me a bombshell beauty, thanks to Savannah :)

Went for haircut today. Stylist was very nice but was also new and the haircut I got can't be fixed. I don't have enough hair left to fix. I just think new stylist should not be turned loose alone. Hair looks awful. I sat in the chair over an hour, did not mind the time but now I have a bad looking head.

I booked a haircut/gloss appointment at the last minute yesterday with Kelly and let me tell you it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I have naturally thick coarse curly/wavy hair and no one has ever gotten my haircut right the way she did, and she mixed the most beautiful natural looking gloss on my previous faded out hair color since we didn’t have the perfect match in store. The layers are beautiful and my hair has never felt so healthy. Kelly was professional and courteous throughout the session and was extremely friendly despite many questions and anxiety on my end- I couldn’t have walked away more happy & will be going back to see her! Highly recommend for thick headed hair & color match!

I had a formal event to attend and booked online for a formal hairstyle and formal makeup with Rachel. Everything was perfect! She made sure to custom blend both the foundation and lipstick to get perfect matches for my look, and I received so many compliments on my hair! I was worried about the makeup fading as the event was a solid four hours after my appointment ended, but it held wonderfully throughout the night. And not that I would ever sleep in my makeup..but let's say that if the makeup looked too pretty to take off at night, I'm willing to bet it still looked amazing the next day.? 10/10 experience with Rachel and the other salon staff at Ulta.

Savannah is amazing. I messed up while coloring my hair at home and she fixed my mistake and gave me a whole new wonderful look. You want a new look, go see Savannah and you won’t be disappointed.

Had my brows waxed and tinted. One eyebrow is way darker than the other and still have straggler hairs that weren't waxed. The brow bar has terrible lighting and you don't lay back. Do not recommend at all!! The young lady that did it was very nice though.

The store is clean and organized but can't shop there all the time because the prices are kinda high.
