Great products and very large selections and easy area to pick stuff up. No complaints there. Complaint is the workers. I have never felt so unwelcome. They are super unfriendly and blah. No one is welcoming in fact when I walked in one was sleeping at the desk and the 3 times I’ve been in it’s like your bothering them even though I’m dropping $300+ each trip. Thought maybe it’s cause I’m a girl and my husband had same experience. He was would ask a question and one of the guys would just point at a sample board without speaking and very rude. Got what we needed to finish our project and will not be back. Feel more welcome at McDonald’s. I guess friendliness in business has died. Super disappointed especially driving over an hour. Owners need to teach some manners to their younger workers.

Was having alternator issues & was on my way to get it replaced but my car kept dying on me. Eventually turned in to their establishment, hoping to get a jumpstart to get me back on the road, but got an even bigger blessing instead! The guys told me I probably wouldn’t make it the 6 miles that I needed to go & were kind enough to switch out the new alternator I had with me right there in their parking lot!
I hate that I didn’t catch the fellas names who helped me but thank you so much to the kind men with the orange truck & the blue F150! I can’t express just how thankful I am for y’all!
Even though I wasn’t one of their customers, their willingness to help shows the kind of people they employ there. I can honestly say that The Stone Store has some of the best people you could ever come across & I’m sure they’ll get you everything that you need! Thanks again!

Recently had some gravel delivered and there was a problem with my bank transaction. They were very easy to work with and we came up with the best way to resolve my situation! Excellent customer service. Price was good as well. I would use them again and highly recommend them

You need to teach your truck drivers the rules of the road. I was on westlake Dr in Athens waiting to cross Lumpkin, their driver was turning left onto Lumpkin at the light infront of St James church. The light turned green, as I proceeded to cross their truck driver turned directly infront of me. I was going straight so I had the right away. I honked and the driver shot me the bird and mouthed profanities. Pretty stupid to do in a company truck. Looked to be an overweight white guy in his fifties with dark hair. They really should tell their drivers to follow the rules of the road!

I had an order of slate delivered to my house and in the process, a pallet broke and caused the slate container to break and block my neighborhood’s roadway.Bobby, who was making the delivery, refused to let me help clean up the mess (he said it was because I am the customer) and had the issue resolved within 30 minutes. Great service all around and it was very apparent that they care about the customer. 5 stars.

Before you look around at the displayed and installed concrete pavers, ASK what is no longer available because the store hasn't labeled them. We left disappointed because all of what we liked is no longer made.Stone Store, please label what isn't available on your displays.

Young guy at the counter wanted to charge $227 for 12 pieces of stone. When I objected, he changed the total to $49. No apologies, no explanations.You have been warned, buyer beware!

The Stone Store is well organized with a large variety of mulch, stones, pavers, and many other materials needed for sprucing up your home/yard. Their prices are on point as well. You will save at least 50% compared to Lowe’s or Home Depot with professionals who care that you get what you’re looking for.
