Please avoid this location I had over 40 dollars stolen from me by the customer service department. When I said something about it the “watched the cameras” and said that I was lying! They literally STOLE money from a mother that already had her hands full!

Security needs work! Typical stereotypical profiling. It's like the suburban security personnel never encountered diversity before. They followed me to my car. LoL. Why don't you have your security help me carry my bags to my car and load it. Better yet, have them valet and drive my car up to the entrance when I'm exiting.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Victoria’s customer service recently, and I can confidently say that her patience and dedication are second to none. From the moment I reached out, she listened attentively to my concerns and made sure to address every detail with care and professionalism. No question was too small, and she took the time to ensure my needs were met. Her calm demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. It’s rare to come across such exceptional customer service, and I will undoubtedly return to this location thanks to her outstanding support. Highly recommend!

Customer service was very poor at the register. A gentleman names Wille was there and he was the most unhelpful associate I have had yet. He didnt greet me or even look at me while he scanned my items. He seemed very annoyed at any question. There were multiple items not ringing up as marked and when I questioned it he didn't help or try to remedy it, he just said that's not ringing up that way so you have to pay the higher price and the associate in the women's clothing area that scanned it and let me know about the cheaper price should have reduced the sticker price and he's not in charge of applying reduced stickers on merchandise, so he didn't call anyone for help. He was very uncaring and let me leave 6 ITEMS that I wanted to buy but he didn't ask for help to get me service. It wasn't until I asked him to call a manager over to fix the discrepancy on the last item, that he finally called for help. She scanned the items with her belt scanner and the were pulling up cheaper than the register price (as I said they should) Willie also had a price checker on his waist, but didn't bother be be helpful in that way. It took so long that I only got the lastly adjusted items and left the others that were incorrect. He may just be having a bad day, but i wanted to spend more money with the company and him being unwilling to assist me was frustrating to me and the people in line.

Probably the worst target I’ve ever been in. It’s a nightmare buying clothes here because nothing is ever properly organized. Poorly stocked, poorly staffed, and now they’re cutting off the AC?? What is going on here?

Came by the store a few hours before closing last night (Sunday). I am terrible at couponing but Target Circle always has some really great deals so I thought I would try my hand at it. Turns out I am actually just terrible at couponing and got to the register and my amount was far more than I intended on it being so I had the cashier take some things off. Instead of being met with frustration and annoyance the cashier, Vina, was so kind and patient with me. They never made me feel like an idiot or made me feel like I was a nuisance and for someone with crippling social anxiety, this helped more than this person will ever know. This target is always a clean and decent experience, but this visit in particular was above and beyond. Well done Target and thank you so much, Vina! I wish all amazing things on you for the rest of your life! (I use they/them bc I’m not sure of Vina’s pronouns and don’t want to assume or be insensitive.)

Wanted to shout out young Matthew, one of your stockists. Even though things are getting moved around and the particular item I wanted wasn’t available, he helped me find a viable option that will work until the item I originally wanted comes back in stock. Keep doing what you’re doing, lad.
