Always have had a pleasant time in the drivethrough. I was disappointed with my conversation inside the bank with the tellers today. Mid-sentance I was interrupted multiple times, very rudely like I was an idiot when I was genuinely asking questions. I most likely quit banking with this company.

I started coin collecting recently and this branch has only caused me grief. First, I was able to get pennies, quarter, and halves. It quickly changed to I must pay above face value per roll of coins or exchange coin for coin. When I asked where to get the coin wrappers, I was not offered any coin wrappers, instead, I was told to go buy the coin wrappers. They must have thought that would have been a deterrent and I would not continue pursuing my new hobby but I did not give up on my passion. However, an exchange of coin for coin took place only once. It was for $300 in quarters before Synovus closed my account. I had been a customer for over 6 years and this is how I was treated. I am currently disabled due to a work related injury and I had verbally communicated this with them. I was only trying to fill a void in my life. Didn't know I was such a bother to them. This bank doesn't understand the meaning of customer service.

I just started working with this bank in the past couple months specifically with Josh DeFee and it has been a phenomenal experience so far! He has answered every single question of mine in a timely manner throughout my application process. His communication is extremely responsive through email and will call you back right away when he doesn't answer the phone. I currently bank with a local credit union in Atlanta and have never received this much support or attention from them and will strongly consider moving my accounts to this bank. Thank you again Josh!

Absolutely horrible!! The staff inside was so RUDE! Just trying to cash a check!! 10:30am Tuesday morning....smile a little bit and be welcoming! Felt like everyone in there hated each other and there job!! Would not recommend stepping foot in this place and it takes a lot for me to write a review!! Happy Tuesday!
