This is less directed at the store, but more directed towards spectrum as a company. They’ve got to learn that their prices are not realistic for the service they offer. For everyone reading: Just go to T-mobile and look into their service. It’s been much better and SOOOO much cheaper.

Very uncaring for their customers. Poor customer service. I finally switched to another carrier. Since I cancelled 3 days into my next month of service, I was charged an entire month with no prorated fee. Would never recommend Spectrum.

This place lacks basic customer service skills. That alone is enough for me to take my service elsewhere. 0 out of 0 would not recommend.

I can not in anyway fathom why i waited to return Spectrums equipment only for them to tell me to go next door to UPS to return said equipment. Why waste peoples time? Why not have a sign somewhere in the store instructing the customers on what to do with return equipment? Why didn't an employee just take 3 seconds of their time to tell people what to do with used equipment? The floor employees are there to just clock in and clock out. No wonder this store is rated below 3 stars and it's been there for years.

Absolutely Insane! This is the worst store to get service from. I don't recommend anyone working or visiting this location. They are very disrespectful to customers and put random things on people accounts for sales. Then tell the customers that it's not their problem and to call customer service. The managers are no better either, instead of assisting people that wait in line for several hours or have questions they are too busy being a weirdo and flirting with customers or being extremely rude as well. the whole store is a scam and needs to be investigated. 0 stars if i could would not recommend .

I was going to connect to the Spectrum Internet service, but after talking to an employee named Andrew I decided to cancel the order. The reason is that he refused to give me the Internet for $30, which they advertise right at the entrance.
I really hope that the company will better train its employees on how to work with potential customers.

The store itself is fine, the staff are friendly enough. For some issues you still have to call customer support so I recommend doing that first and see if your issues can be resolved before coming in.
Expensive services for decent quality. Not bad, not great. Expensive compared to competitors.

Visited the store in the AM and PM for an equipment issue. Total waste of time. Two employees assisting all the customers. Fourteen names on the waiting screen and with only six customers in the store. Everyone else, including myself, left.
